The cleaner one day knocked the door and immediately went into my room without being aware we were there. At 9 am sleeping.

Everything was really nice. The stuff incredible. We had amazing days at the hotel. Great location. Very clean.

Children could have more activities on the beach, for example a play corner with its own sand and slide. I would have liked a softer mattress for the single bed. The prices of the hotel restaurant are a bit expensive.

A very nice small hotel right on the beach, 100 m from the center of the village, on a quiet street. The service in the hotel was great, all the employees are helpful and friendly. We got solutions to all our wishes. The breakfast was very tasty and there was enough choice. Rooms were cleaned daily.

The pool area could offer a bit of more shadow. Although there are umbrellas, it is difficult to arrange them sufficiently. While the room as such is very spacious, there could be a bit more storage room for clothes (especially, when travelling with a family of four)

The hotel is very well located (close to the center of the town) and has a beautiful private beach. The breakfast is not super big in terms of choice but the quality is excellent. Also to mention the high quality of the restaurant. We had a family room, which offered plenty of space. The location on the ground floor was convenient, allowing us to enter from the terrace when coming from the beach. Unfortunately, towards the end of our stay we had an unpleasant technical incident in our room (water leaking from the room above). However - and this is the positive thing - the hotel's reaction was very professional, i.e. we were offered a different room. (and got a nice plate of fruit as gesture of apologise ;-))

Not much. Perhaps the shower could do with being a bit stronger but that's really not much to be worried about

The location is excellent being so close to the main square in Hanioti. The balcony is a great size and the "side" sea view is virtually a whole sea view. Breakfast and the staff are also worthy of a mention.

The beach has many stones and it is difficult to enter the water without water shoes. The hotel parking lot is very small and can park a maximum of 9 cars. Parking is free on the street in front of the hotel if you can find a free space.

Spacious room with comfortable beds, room is cleaned every day. The location of the hotel is excellent, 200 meters from the central square of Haniotis. The breakfast is very good. The hotel has its own beach with free umbrellas and sunbeds. We are very satisfied and recommend the hotel.

Nothing really. The wifi is a bit slow, but this has not been an issue for us as we have not come for work anyway :)

Spotlessly clean, perfect location, great breakfast. Super friendly staff (with special greetings for our cleaning lady) - all in all, a lovely experience for our first vacation with a small baby. If we come back to Chaniotis, Ostria will be our first choice.

The lobby is small and it doesn't have a gym.

The room with its full sea view was comfortable, spacious and convenient. The beach was clean and just right. The staff was smiley and gracious. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of breads, pastries and more. The atmosphere was relaxing. We would definitely go back again!

It was very close to the city center. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The food was delicious. It was very suitable for families with children. If I were to go to the same area again, I would stay at the same hotel.
