Our room was very small for four people, we had some what a view of the beach with roofing in the way. First floor. €199 very over priced. A baby had pooed in the pool when we got there and the there were to many non guest people swimming there , very poor

Room with sea view!! Small size for three persons, you can hit your foot so easy with the corner off the bed, and it was in the second floor not so nice view and you can hear everyone speaking at the pool! And the manager was so stingy and greedy! He suddenly stopped giving beach towels!! We had to borrow towels form another hotel! Actually was so bad experience and not recommended at all

Desolate location, loud rooms with lots of street noise despite not being in a busy area?, quite remote - unless you want sub par hotel food or something from the local hot dog stand, will need to walk 15 mins closer to town.

I paid for doubleroom and got one bed simple one!! I didnt sleep in two days when I arrived so I didnt bother to argue but now I am pissed that I didnt. They are lying and many things they wrote that they have dont exist. First of all, rooms arent soundproof, floor is dirty, they dont wash it with anything, also balcony with bird poop all over the place that hasnt been cleaned in two weeks I was there (and many months before I am sure), old, broken and non working facilities, expensive breakfast. Some guests were shouting like crazy and slamming with doors every night and nobody said anything. There is not a single store or restaurant near hotel (thanks to gas station that saved me), location is very bad (beach is right next to hotel, thats the only good thing, but it is a public one, so there arent any caffees there and the road right next to hotel is WILD). They also dont have gate in front of the hotel or any code entrance system and anyone can come in as they will. They do not answer to messages on booking and should update info on Booking and not lie about facilities.

The hotel advertised a rooftop bar and restaurant but on arrival we were told that these were closed. Breakfast was poor, not very much choice and hot buffet items were lukewarm. Limited bar menu only available in the evening by the pool. No information, maps etc held at reception. Only three sun beds in the pool area and most of the seating is in the shade. Although the beach is a short distance away there are no facilities I.e sun beds or beach bar. There are no bars or shops nearby, everything is 4-5 stops on the local tram which runs very regularly.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable, air conditioning very good. Swimming pool and bar area were good but mainly in the shade. Access to a very good tram system.

Loved the pool, the service was excellent and the location decent too. They even helped me get my iwatch charger which I left behind delivered to our next hotel on our holiday...can't recomment enough.

the check in wasn’t the best thing and the room was very very small I asked to change they refused ( saying it’s fully booked) when I insisted they changed to more bigger room but the mattress was very old and not comfortable .

Clearly needs some renovation. Everything works, but things are worn out, such as bathroom fittings. Quite noisy, even the side rooms. The window frames are on the cheap side, therefore not soundproof at all.

Very helpful employees, especially at the pool bar. Location is OK for a night, and airport is 30 min away, with no expected traffic.

The road (more of a motorway) outside the hotel never stops. We heard it from fifth floor all hours. Motorbikes racing and reving at 3am was not a fun way to spend a night. The Air con was very poor the whole room was roasting hot all the time. Needless to say we had three miserable nights at this hotel.

The staff were brilliant really lovely genuine and answered any questions and even helped us getting an extra pillow with no issues at all
