Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United Kingdomthe aircon was charged at an extra fee and no mention of it on booking.com
I liked the top floor apartment because it was vary airy and there was a lot of ventilation and we could sleep without aircon on. That was charged 10€ per day.The place was clean and had a large terrace/balcony and mosquito nets.

RomaniaWe don't speak greek, therefor we couldn't attend or speak with the old members of the familly - they have a lot of stories to tell! :) For us everithing was as expected, but i strongly believe if you don't want to experiment the greek lifestyle and you just seek luxury and comercial rooms, then this place is not for you! :)

IrelandThe owner and her sweet mother Anastasia are the definition of hospitality. From the very begging we were welcomed and brought to our room we were gifted delicious oranges from their garden. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The location is fantastic, 2 minute walk from the beach, shop, water sports and boat trips centre. With restaurants serving tasty Greek food. Highly recommended.

Germanyless than 5 min walk to the ocean with view on turtle island. The breakfast, which alternated every day was the best that we’ve got in whole Greece. The flat was roomy, well equipped and really cosy and we had a big balcony and a great view.

NetherlandsThere is an airconditioning available (costs extra but not a lot) but a ventilator would be very nice to have in the room/studio
A very lovely family-run hotel. Grandma cooks a delicious breakfast and an amazing diner, real traditional Greek food. Granddaughter helped out and speaks very good English. Super friendly family. Studio/room was large and has a fridge, musquito nets on the windows, very important in the evening! The very nice, quiet (pebble) beach is down the street, the sea has very clear water and the harbour is a 5 minute walk. The whole place is quite idyllic, I found. Also from the harbour nice boat tours to the turtles and the Marathon beach.

GermanyNothing to complain about!
The room was big and very clean. From our balcony we could see the beach and it was only a one minute walk. The hosts made our stay very special since we almost felt like we were a part of the family. They regularly handed us fresh vegetables and fruit from their organic farm such as watermelon, honey melon, tomatoes, eggplant, lemons and even gave us fresh eggs from their chickens. The diner that you can book is only made from fresh ingredients from their own production which also includes olive oil and homemade wine. You don’t even need to go out to a taverna: the food here is cheaper and was the best food on our three week vacation!!!! We definitely recommend this accommodation! we would come back anytime.

United KingdomI can’t fault the property at all. We loved staying there. The area of Keri is really nice too. Our kids loved playing at the beach and went there every day. Everything in Keri is within walking distance and it was perfect for our young family. The only slight negative is that if you want to venture away from Keri, (to the waterpark for example) ideally you need to hire a car, as it isn’t too close to other resorts and we couldn’t see a way to get there on public transport.
The property was lovely. 2 minute walk to the beach, very clean and the staff were fantastic. We were given fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden, fresh eggs from the chickens and homemade salad dressing from the family that own the property. They always took time to say hello, with a smile on their face, and ensure everything was ok. They even arranged airport transfers which were quite considerably cheaper than prices we saw from other companies. if you are looking at staying in Keri, I would highly recommend this place.
