Breakfast was available from 7.30 to 10 however , it was not replenished if you came later than 7.30!

The property had a carpark, a lift The bedroom was comfortable with a Balcony. An iron and board were also available in the room .The pool was a good size and the loungers comfortable

Our room was on the second floor facing the sea but there was never any breeze on our balcony.

We stayed at Paradise Lost for a week and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and the service was very good. We had a very good view of the sea from our balcony which also faced the pool. We were pleasantly surprised as to how sound proof the room was because once you closed the window, you could not hear the music from the pool area. The pool area was lovely. They served an exceptional lunch one day when they roasted a whole lamb on the spit outside. It was delicious!

The Price of the food on the hotel, and the room needs to have some renevation , example, the door of the bathroom was not working, the stick contact one of the two wasn't working.

1. Air-conditioning smelled of something sour. We informed the front desk, who took the information with a smile, but nothing was done about it. As a result, we were unable to use the A/C during our stay. At least not without having the room smell like sour milk. It was 38 degrees Celsius (101⁰F), which made staying in the room very uncomfortable. 2. The electronic do not disturb sign for the room did not work. The lock on the door did not prevent the cleaning service from busting in on us while undressed. 3. The elevator was small and hot. The door would also often get stuck on the 3rd floor, rendering the elevator inoperable, forcing us to have to use the stairs on several occasions. 4. The parking lot was gravel/dirt. Made it virtually impossible to get to and from your car without getting full of dust. Not ideal for when you're trying to go out with your fancy clothes.

Family atmosphere. Room was relatively clean. Pool area and bar was nice. Nicely stocked breakfast.

Some of the food we ordered at the hotel was mediocre - the spicy greek cheese and the chicken nuggets in particular.

Great variety of breakfast food options and coffee. The pool is clean, but there is limited seating. Close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Great place for families with kids.

Our room was a bit noisy at night next to the car park but reasonable.

We arrived to find a great hotel with a swimming pool, 2 minutes walk from the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had dinner and lunch as well, which were great. Highly recommended with great value.

Small room size, even for the "suite". The staff can't keep up with the breakfast-hungry guests :) and tables remain dirty with left-overs when you want to sit down. Not a big deal, but could be managed. Loud music the whole day whether you want it or not. Reception is not able to handle checkouts, people are queuing and waiting. The reception did not know if we payed in advance or not. They charged extra for a 40 years old baby cot wreck. :) Unfortunately overall quality descended in the last few years.

Breakfast was wonderful, you can take it to your room and enjoy the view from the balcony. The swimming-pool is perfect for families. Great double bed... I totally would come back again!

The rooms were a little bit old, especially the bathroom. Furthermore, the bathroom was rather small.

Nice hotel in Tolo. The appartments were big and the staff was really gentle and attentive. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is really good. It's in walking distance to Tolo Beach and the main road with little shops and restaurants. All in all we had a good time and we would stay there again.

GPS address given by Booking.com was totally wrong. It‘s quite noisy when the hotel is fully booked. Small room with quite old furniture and a very small bath.

Large breakfast included with a good variety of items. Pretty quiet location off the busy main beach road but next to beach and restaurants. Friendly and attentive staff. Ideal for families - big pool, small playground. Free parking directly at the hotel. Clean rooms.

The hotel rooms already need renovation. The cleaning staff cleans only visible space and completely misses spots like under the beds and so on. Some of the rooms are equipped with an external kitchenette, but you will never voluntarily use it. The cleaning staff missed a pot with food that someone had left there. At the time when we came, it has been already full of mold, bugs, and larvae. The whole wardrobe stinked horribly and the whole situation is gross.

An economical hotel with a pool. Given a relatively low price, the expectations were not high and overall were met.

The toilet seat was not properly cleaned, water boiler and cups in the room but no coffee or tea (not provided, said the receptionist). Noisy in the pool, low quality breakfast, bad coffee.
