Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaTruly this place made my trip because of how helpful the staff members were. They are always willing to help you to their best capabilities. They were accomodating and very sweet family. However, doesn't mean the room wasn't good, it was very spacious and clean. The location of the stay was perfect, it's in the central city so everywhere is close by.

It's an old interesting hotel. Placed in the heart of Chora, it's easy to move by walking or bus almost everywhere in the island. Vaggelis did a great favour by doing the pick up/off to the port. The installations of the hotel are a bit outdated, but everything works. We had one of the rooms with terrace, from where you can enjoy a great view of the city, port and sea. We had breakfast and dinner there, making it very pleasant. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

United StatesThe hotel was a bit run down and needed several updates. Our room safe didn't work. Our TV wouldn't turn on. the AC in our room took forever to cool down the temp in the room. When you left the room and took your key the AC would shut off. The shower head needed to be replaced, it would stay up to on its own.
The staff was excellent, the room was very comfortable for 3 and the balcony was amazing. The view was amazing. Location was perfect!
