Great place to stay, so many different pools to use, the beach is fantastic, wide spacious and and really great place to be. rooms are super quiet, sound proof walls and noise reducing glass everywhere.

The inside doors opening is a little bit noisy (we sometimes disturbs family) bathroom doors a little bit damaged. But not a serious problem. Other equipment was of a good state.

The appartment was clean, the equipment very good and modern. The inside of appartments with swiming pool is covered with the appartment buildings against wind. The balcony in our appartment was ouside direction with some sea view and we like this. Plakias a little bit windy, but the wind in summer time is not cold so we like staying on balcony.

Everything was great. The only little nitpick was that we got spooked by the gardener in the early morning who came to tend to the garden. All was well though!

The front garden was beautifully done. Very relaxing to sit altogether. The view from the veranda was excellent as well. The decor was simple and beautiful. Having the entire (and spacious) villa to ourselves was great! The quietness was very attractive and having a dedicated area for drying swimwear was great.

I think the bathroom need some renovation. The door was not in good shape any more. If you really want to cook in the apartment it is not well equipped

We stayed at a new apartment. The downside of that is the need to deal with things that are still not working well. We had a problem with the hot water in the shower which was solved only at the third day. Also the apartment had a smell of cigarettes, maybe it came from the apartment under. The new area is on constructions so it is not yet beautiful as it will be when the work will be done.

First of all the location in Plakias, south of Crete, on sandy beach is perfect. Beautiful small village away from the busy area of the island. The resort offers apartments that include all what a family needs. We stayed at the new place which was really shiny and clean with amazing sea panoramic view. There are 4 pools and are all quite and chill. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

If I was to go again I would only go with own pool Those properties were so much better If you are going with families it is perfect but plakias is out of the way from all activities But it does have a perfect beach just extremely windy

We couldn’t stay in our room for another hour after the designated check out whilst waiting for the taxi but we did appreciate it was high season and other guests were arriving. There was no tea/ coffee provided in the room despite the kitchen facilities in there this seemed like a shame.

Very close to the beach easy access. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bakeries. Multiple pools at the hotel, we’ll kept grounds and abundant sun beds available in the hotel and on the beach to use at no charge. No beach towels provided so advise to bring your own. But use of sister hotel facilities was much appreciated they have good pools, air conditioned gym and a nice bar.
