Economy room is highly NOT recommended to book, believe me and book the Superior type. /Not a big difference in the Price/

If you want a *** category, book the Superior room on the 6th floor which is excellent. DO NOT book lower, economy category, of you want a normal, clean beddings and a *** room. Nice location, clean Superior room, kind receptionists, good Price and fresh orange juice :)

Athens/Piraeus is very densely populated and so the activity/noise level is more than I'm accustomed to.

The breakfast was excellent with a good variety. The location gave us access to all public transportation and to the cruise port.

I'm not used to the 24 hour city activity ... but the windows/patio door blocked most of the noise the noise.

The location was easily accessible to public transportation, the Hop-On Hop-Off transport, and the cruise port. Public transport tickets were easy to purchase. The breakfast provided dietary options plus fresh orange juice. The location provided plenty of eating options. My sister and I felt safe here --- both evening and day. The staff was very helpful ... I sent an email before coming to get public transport directions from the airport.

Very helpful staff: they helped us in taxi booking and provided breakfast bag for our early leave for taking the ferry for the islands. During our stay in greece we did not have a welcoming basket of fruit and wine in a 5 star hotel where we stayed. We had at the Savoy. Amazing care for guests! Clean and comfortable room.

I totally understand the pandemic has crippled most industries just to stay afloat. I have stayed twice before and did notice a difference. Not a whole lot but expectations were to be at least as before or better. I had issue first night with AC but it was very late due to our arrival was very late if not early morning. I think we needed another remote. No big deal. My next door neighbor was smoking in the room which our room didn't affect us but when you went to the hallway you could smell. I told front desk and problem went away.

Love the location as my family members live very close to the Hotel as well as every store imaginable and restaurant is next to you. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lounge is very open and relaxing. Water pressure for the shower was powerful. AC very quiet. We were high above on the floor so we didn't hear any street noise. I don't think you would have heard any noise as this hotel is well build and quiet.

Everything, it's a hotel that should simply close down. Dirty (dust and hair everywhere), old, literally stuck in the early 80s. Furniture, furnishings and curtains are scary. My room and that of my colleagues who were traveling with me were cold beyond belief. The breakfast then, literally difficult to even look at it. The bathroom, so narrow that it was impossible to sit on the toilet without hitting the sink or bathtub with my legs. The shower had the classic plastic curtain, I think it should be penalized for this alone. I went out for breakfast even though I had it included in the price. I have been traveling abroad regularly several times a month for 25 years now. I have few memories of a hotel like this, never again.

The location was the only good thing as it is close to the main needs (personal and professional) when in Piraeus
