Unequipped kitchen (although we asked for some kitchen utensils and the host brought them to us right away) with limescale, which i suppose this might be a general problem on the island. at night it was a bit cold with the AC so a light blanket would be good. Wifi not really strong

Very friendly host, she picked us up from the port on her own initiative. Nice location, a bit uphilled and away from the port, but we were fine with the cycling/walking. Basic unit, nicely decorated with big veranda with nice view and welcoming basket.

the property is really modern and spacious with a fantastic balcony overlooking the sea which is perfect for sunrise! The little welcome basket that was given so really good too with Greek products

big minus was no shower handle ( i found it quite important even though it seems small and cheap/easy to install), also host does not check booking messages often. bedroom door was broken and did not close fully. Room had a big spider, but for island climate its probably natural, maybe got in when cleaning was done. everything else ok!

super nice host, quick communication, room quite spacious, nice terassa, amazing snacks and supplies given, gave free taxi to the premise and also arranged a taxi for leaving for a price.

We had a fabulous stay at Sorina Beloved rooms.The room was spacious, bed was huge and really comfy. The hotel is situated in a quiet area near the center and the balcony has a wonderful view.We would definitely book to stay there again.

On our last day we couldn’t get a taxi (our own fault) . They were all booked!! However we managed to walk down the hill with our luggage.

We had a few nice cakes and coffee for our first day. The room was immaculate. Perhaps a little further up the hill than expected.

The room was very spacious and minimal decorated, with its own private veranda overlooking the sea. It is fully renovated, super clean! We also had a few delicious snacks, water bottle and coffee tablets in the kitchenette. The host was very kind to extend our stay a few hours after check out time, since they did not expect any other guests on that day.

In the morning there is a road very close by on which tractors or somethings like so are driving on, waking you up at 7:30 sometimes, or until you get used to

The place was a bit far from the center of Spetses. It's a good 20' walk.

The room was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a couple's get away. We really enjoyed sitting in the balcony.

However, I was upset at the end of my trip because the cleaning lady is so disagreeable. We had the check out at 12 pm, we arrive at 12:04 pm and she was already in our room, so unpleasant with negative comment. She dropped our luggages without any excuse. We had good time in this hotel. The room was clean and we appreciate the sea view. It’s about 25 min to go to the center but it is quite hard (several slopes) so you have to take bike or quad.

Room needs soundproofing. When the guests above me flushed or took a shower it felt as if I were in the middle of a freaking deluge! Faulty door. Had to turn the key twice to have it safely locked (wasn’t told, found out myself) No breakfast. There’s a nespresso machine + I found some individual butter and jam portions in the fridge (don’t know if that was courtesy of the host or of previous guests) but no knife or other basic cutlery (be it plastic disposable)
