It is a bit of drive to get there but well worth it for the peace.

Superb location with own private sandy beach and use of kayaks. When it lost the sun at about 2pm it was a 5 minute walk to the public beach nearby. Good restaurant at the top of the drive so need to get in car. Room had balcony with chairs to sit and look out over the sea.

The house was beautiful, new, very clean, with a wonderful view of the sea. The hosts were accommodating in every way, very attentive and kind. The house and pool were very well maintained. Definitely a place worth visiting repeatedly.

The location is stunning. Beautiful peaceful setting. Older style property, but well laid out and spotlessly clean. A very short walk to the closest restaurant which was very good.

Nothing. The only inconvenience is that the nearest shop is in driving distance (about 10 min drive),so I would recommend this location for those who plan to rent a car. Leaving this place was heartbreaking. I wish I booked it for a longer period!

We had an amazing stay with Limnionas Studios. We rented one of the houses with swimming pools. The location was just exceptional: it is a heaven on Earth! A true hidden gem! Unforgettable experience. We hope to be back one day! I don’t think that words of photos can really describe the beauty of this place. The host was so nice and friendly with us. The house was all new and tidy, the swimming pool was well maintained. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped too.Cleaning was provided on everyday basis. the view from the terrace was spectacular ! The location is remote in a way but you still have several restaurants around. The nearest restaurant on the top is just literally few steps away and it serves amazing food. The beach restaurant down the road is great for a morning coffee or a juice. Both offers amazing view to the sea!

Quite location, private beach under the shadow of trees.  All standard rooms have a great Sea view. Rooms  are well equipped. Has a kitchen with refrigerator, oven,  coffee & toast machine, French press, coffee pot… Big enough balcony to have breakfast and enjoy the view. There is enough sand area for kids to play on the beach. The sea is clear, but a little rocky. We have seen red starfish, small octopus, many small and big fishes. Be careful with sea urchin. There are two canoe free to use.  The owner is very hospitable. When we arrived, he offered us cold drinks as well as a Greek coffee.  The cleaning lady is also very gentle. She surprised us by cleaning or dirty dishes. We are very thankful to everyone to make our holiday pleasant. Be aware that the location is one hour and 15 minutes far away from Vathi port by car. There is no meal service so you may need to buy food / beverage before you arrive. Markets are not walking distance, but there is one or two restaurants you can walk. Nearest town is Kampos. You can find several nice restaurants.

The studios Limnionas are located at a very beautiful bay on the western side of Samos. What we found was a little paradise with 10 lovely studios, lovely and very clean, operated by two brothers Nicos and Antonis. They have sunbeds and two sea kajacs which can be used by the guests for free. When we went out with the kajacs we even saw a family of dolphins which made the kajak experience even more special. But the thing that makes studios limnionas such a great pleace is the family and the staff working there. All of the people are incredible helpful and generous with their time and advice. If there was something missing in the kitchenette, they provided it immediately. We will definitely go back there!!!

The bay is little bit far from everywhere, its better to rent a car to get there. There are is no facility or a refrigerator to eat or drink at the apartment complex's beach. Its better to bring your own cooler to keep cold your drinks.

The apartment located at a wonderful bay. Its new and good furnished. Its quiet and secluded. The pool and the house have a breathtaking view. There is a lovely restaurant up in the hill to eat at night. I would definitely visit here again.

WiFi in the room could be better.

Biggest apartment on the ground floor is always in shade. The surrounding greenery and the permanent breeze are so pleasant! Excellent view with lots of blue and green nuances.

The room was great. The landscaping was beautiful and the their beach was fantastic The rooms were exceptionally clean so clean you could eat off the floors. The house keeper was very chearful and friendly and greated us everyday.

Well you can't have it both ways but it was some way from the airport and other local tavernas. Samos is big so you might want two locations to explore the whole island. There was only one socket in the small kitchen area.

The studios were pretty much over a private beach and when we were there in July we had the beach almost to ourselves. It was very windy but the beach was more sheltered than most. There was good shade and snorkeling was reasonable to. Perfect for couples but families might prefer the local beach. The taverna above the property was very good too. There was a coffee machine and free filter papers. There was a sandwich toaster and a good range of glasses and crockery etc.

The water in Limnionas is a bit colder than on the other side of the island. The nearest supermarket is 8 km away.

Very quiet location with a private beach. The apartment was very spacious with a lot of natural shade all around. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Many other beaches are within walking distances.
