The property was perfect. The owners are very hospitable and even doing lots of cleaning a d changing the beds every few days . They are extremely pet friendly- which is hard to find in Greece . The little garden is perfect for the dogs and there is also another balcony with chairs upstairs. There was so much space in the house it is cozy and you feel right at home right away. The bed was so comfy and i slept so well i didnt want to get up in the morning. Once i did - there is even a sea view from the bed to help. The view is amazing like youre in a plane and it is very peaceful . Ive stayed here 6 or 7 years ago and everything is just as great as last time. Highly recommend. Thank you so much

Sun Gazing is a wonderful place, with an astonishing view and breathtaking sunsets. The houses are great, clean, equipped with everything what you need to cook for yourself. Our hosts were so nice, as we are newlyweds they gave us a present a bottle of very nice white wine and also they gave us fresh grape on the 2nd day of our stay. Everyday when we are going to the beach, the room was cleaned and tidy. It's very quite and you can enjoy the whole staying in the swing, watching at the see with a book and (or) wine in the hand. This place is like in your dreams!

The location is magnific. You are on top of the mountains and down you see the sea and all the mountains. The location was great, clean and quite, ofcourse you will hear like everywhere on the island that noise sounds made it by flying insect – the Cicada, or Tzitzikas, as it’s known in Greek.

Everything was perfect!

Wonderful accommodation, everything exceeded our expectations, I even dare to say that this was the best accommodation we ever booked. This is the kind of place that you book when you want to disconnect, relax, enjoy the silence, and watch the amazing sunsets. The only thing missing was probably a pool, and I bet no one will even bother to go to the beach haha. Overall, this was an amazing experience for us and for our dog too which is a bit anxious and not very friendly, you really get value for your buck. The owners were very kind and polite and we want to thank them once again, we'll definitely be back!

The only disturbing aspect was the smell of mold under the kitchen sink, which we told the owners about. It might be useful to know that the property does not provide salt, pepper or kitchen towels, so you should consider bringing your own since there aren’t so many supermarkets nearby.

Sun Gazing Villas have an amazing view, with the most stunning sunsets we have ever witnessed. It is a quiet place, where you can listen to birds singing in the morning. The owners take good care of the inner garden and changed our towels and bed sheets during our stay. Even though they don’t speak very good English, they proved kind and ready to help. Overall, we felt like the price we paid for our stay was fair.

Well, first, the location: I think it's placed on the the top of the highest hill, at almost 600m above the sea level. The view it's absolutely amazing. It's quiet, away from city comotion, with a large yard, so kids can play safely within and private parking with multiple spaces which is a big plus. Closest beach is Kathisma at 16min drive. Second, the facilities. We had everything that we needed, multiple kitchen appliances (sandwich maker, coffee maker, oven, stove, microwave oven) and a washing machine. Maybe a dish washing machine could help, especially after a long night with your friends, although we can live without it. The host was really kind, nice, allways available on booking chat and I say "hello" to them through this review. Highly recommend!

Stairs towards the upper beds need some more handrail. Only a problem if you are not sure footed. There are other units, that are more ground based.

The view is stunning and can't easily be matched. There is plenty of parking spaces. Appartmets were cleaned daily, fresh towels and toiletries replaced daily. Owners were always available and ready to help if needed. Appartment is very well equipped (wash machine, fridge with a fairly big freezer, microwave, clothes iron..). Lots of restaurantsand markets nearby.

Fantastic place. Amazing view from private patio and private balcony. Plenty of room for my wife and I along with my mother. Pet friendly and nice grass space that our dog could enjoy. Perfectly clean and comfortable. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Super friendly hosts. Great location, between two small towns with a market nearby, multiple beaches a short drive down the hill. Was a highlight of our trip to Greece. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The access to the property is rather steep, but the parking places are comfortable. The road is a main road and occasionally moto-bikers seem to race in the middle of the night up and down the hill. Otherwise everything is beutiful and calm and the views are superb. TV signal is low. Sometimes the TV is simply unusable. We only wanted to see one program during our holiday, the Formula 1 Grand Prix on Greek television. It was a difficult experience due to often signal loss. (Internet is very good, though).

We stayed for 11 days. The hosts came every morning to the propery - there are 5 or 6 houses, I'm not sure, in 3 buildings. They helped us a lot. For example I wanted to leave my car parked and rent a car to visit the island. The host drove me to the rental company. They also cleaned up the house every day, except Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes we were lazy and left home late, after 12 or 1 PM. They waited discreetly for us to leave, never being impatient or disturbing us in any way.

Sometimes it was hard to get TV or Internet signal but it was a (very) remote location so it's understandable.

Great view, well equipped kitchen, communicative hosts. Good location to explore southern Lefkas, although far away from big cities.

Shower cabins are small and that is really a shame.

Huge apartments. Perfect location on top of Lefkada. Spottless clean. Bed was superb. And the view.... we felt like on top of the world. The best of all to me was that during the night we needed blankets due to fresh nights. We slept like babies.
