There are a few mosquitoes in the evening, if there had been fly nets on the windows we wouldn't have used the AC all night. There was maybe a bit to much sun on the balconies in the day, it would have been nice to have some shade, a deck parasole would be a great addition. Or we would have loved a little green shaded garden area with benches where we could have had lunch / siesta outside.

We loved every minute of our two week stay; A lovely and simple apartment with everything necessary; AC, amazing views from the balcony, clean sheets and towels provided when needed, a sweet little beach that is very kid friendly (3min. car ride away) - another two great beaches 5min. and 10min. away by car. Supermarket in walking distant and a small cafe too. The local taverna/restaurant 'Irene' was very authentic and great. Maria the host was so friendly and helpful with great tips and info of the area. She made our stay feel very joyful and gave us memories for life. Also so great with the pool and a bar also serving ice cremes, coffee and frappe.

A big storm caused water to come in and electrical outages but much of this was out of the managers control!

We had an amazing time! We had a very roomy apartment over 2 floors with stunning views to the sea. Maria was very informative and helpful throughout our trip, and the pool bar did the most amazing coffee and cocktails! It’s truly a perfect place to stay on the Akrotiri.

Lots of ants but that's not the hotels fault, it happens in this climate!

The cafe and bar by the pool was staffed by super friendly folks who made us feel really comfortable and welcome The cleaning staff provided us with clean bins and towels every day and we were spoilt with a beautiful sunset by the road every night. Excellent value for money and I completely recommend this accommodation. Don't forget to check out the turtle nesting beach nearby!

We tried to find something but we really couldn’t.

Amazing location and such good feel, traditional Greek apartments. We loved our time here and were so sad to leave. The apartments are well maintained and are very spacious. Maria was a perfect hostess and we loved all her beach and tavern recommendations. She was very helpful and answers her messages immediately. You can see that she loves her job.

Airplanes were flying all the time over hotel. The place was too far from the city. You need a car, otherwise moving is quite impossible. Ants all over the rooms floor. We needed to wipe every day our floor because of them. Near minimarkets are very expensive.

We liked that the environment was very peaceful, almost a bit too peaceful. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The Pool area was super and staff there also. The dog was 🐶👌😍 Balvony was also nice, you can see sunset from there. The nearest car rental place in Horafakia and Irenes tavern was nice and gave very good service for us.

Perfect for our arrival hotel and the beginning of our road trip through Crete. Apartment was well equipped, comfortable, quiet and clean. Located out of main hub - but we chose this intentionally. Pool and bar area pleasant - watching the sunset was a highlight. Plenty of free parking.

We loved the place. Verry nice and helpfull host, Maria. Nice pool bar with good coffee, snacks and music. 10 minutes to bus that will take you to Chania (30minutes ride). Maria also helped us with the car renting and made things so easy for us - the car was delivered by rental company, in the parking area of the villas. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

At the beginning of our stay, Maria - the boss ;) contacted us and gave us tips on how to find the apartment, she sent a video that was very useful, because the apartments are very similar to each other and it's easy to get lost ;). Maria was very helpful, she replied quickly on Whatsapp to all our questions. She gave us cookies, ordered a taxi, etc. The cleaning ladies also did a great job, they cleaned the apartment, changed sheets and towels every other day. We had a 2 levels apartment, downstairs a living room with a kitchenette and a small toilet. Upstairs a bedroom with a small bathroom. Few people know that going straight down from the apartments towards the sea, there is a small "private" sandy beach at the bottom. A great thing, especially for someone who swims with a mask. There are water caves and fish. We visited several restaurants, Irene's restaurant was our favourite. Stores in the neighbourhood are expensive. We recommend renting a car and shopping in large stores, e.g. Lidl which is about 15 minutes by car. Overall we really enjoyed...

The cicadas can get very loud, but this is part of being surrounded by nature, and sometimes they bump into people's faces, so keep your mouth closed and eyeglasses on :). The bathroom and shower are very small.

The view from the terrace was sensational, the terrace was spacious and cosy. The studio was clean with simple traditional furniture, comfy beds, nice kitchenette. The complex has a large parking place and a pool inside the building complex, and another very nice pool right outside the housing complex. The host is very nice and helpful, guiding us even if we arrived late in the night, very thoughtful as well! There is a nice beach nearby, Tersanas beach, with a nice tavern, Tersanas tavern.

To get there you should have a car (as well if you want to explore a bit). There are no footpaths for pedestrians. If you walk to the beach or to a restaurant (except the pool bar) you always need to share the street and be aware of cars. Our apartment had no sunshade or parasol for the balcony. This would be much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at Tersanas Village Apartments and would go there again. There is all you need in the apartment. Originally we wanted to cook there but because of many nice restaurants nearby and the Amaka Pool Bar, which offers little snacks or breakfast, we finally never used the kitchen. The room was nice and we felt so cozy in this greek bedroom, where the morning light shines through the curtains. The pool is spacious and there are some recommandable beaches around. Maria the host and as well the Amaka Pool Team are very lovely people who made our stay even better!

Maria was incredible!!!!!! We landed in the middle of the night. She sent us a video the night before to show us where our apartment is situated. She packed the apartment with snacks, juice and water in case we are hungry after the flight, which saved us with the little ones.she even let us stay the next day as long as we wanted because the room was not booked for the following day. She just did everything to make us feel comfortable. The place was clean, the kids loved the pool. Everything was just perfect.

Our flat in particilar had a winderful view in all directions, and was far enough away from the entertainment area that we were not disturbed by the children and music.

Can't find anything not to like.

Everything about Tersanas Village Apartments was wonderful..the staff, hospitality, location, cleanliness. It is a truly peaceful place & I'd recommend it for an 'away from it all' break. Beautiful Tersanas beach is nearby, plus Irenes Taverna has wonderful food at great prices.

This is the third time we have visited Tersanas. They were able to put us in the room we requested which was acomfortable size clean and well situated in a quiet area. We could have an uninterrupted view of a fantastic sunset.

Sadly, the restaurant is no longer in use, which in our opinion is a great lack of foresight and a great loss to this wonderful complex. We dearly missed Marie's wonderful traditional cooking and the enticing smells drifting across the poolside.

My wife and I have stayed here a number of times before....always been very pleased. Staff are friendly and helpful, apartments are clean, well stocked and comfortable, lovely location, great pool and pool bar.
