The menu has changed and only in my opinion not for the better. They are trying too hard and too poncy for my liking. What's wrong with a side of chips with my sandwich 😂 I'm a meats and potato type of guy. The main courses don't come with any style of potato, I feel you would be left wanting more once finished. Last season Menu was perfect!!

The Location is perfect, away from any type hustle and bustle, not that there is much hustling and bustling going on on an island like Kefalonia. A minutes walk to a lovely little beach across the road. 10minute walk to an even bigger and just as lovely beach. I recommend you walk into the Capital Argostoli as there is a lovely picture opportunity on top of the hill. 45 mins max to walk there. The hotel grounds, the set up of the furniture and decor outside are flawless. The atmosphere is tranquil.

The hotel was. Luxurious clean and the staff were also attentive and polite and were helpful. The surroundings were beautiful gardens and the pool area quiet and had a lovely bar restaurant that was reasonably priced and food of good quality. We hired a car to travel to restaurants and visit areas around the Island. If you like a relaxing and tranquillity out of a holiday, then this is the place. Will be back here for sure.

Absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing and it was the best breakfast buffet we have ever had. The chef is amazing and I had never tasted a better moussaka in my life. The grounds were maintained very well and the view is exceptional. Better than any of the hotels next to us.

I am not a lover of cats and there was a family of them living in the grounds of the hotel. It was hard to ignore them at dinner times as they would be allowed to roam around the restaurant where you eat. In fairness, this was in most restaurants in Lassi where we stayed so I think it's just kefalonia! But the staff did try and get rid of the cats when they saw I was uncomfortable.

Swim up pool was amazing, staff were lovely, always friendly and keen to help. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice every day. Hotel was super clean, as was our room. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you want a bit of peace and quiet, very relaxing.

The menu / food at the restaurant was a bit challenging and maybe trying a bit too hard. A few more simple dishes would be welcome - a great club sandwich & fries at lunchtime and a simple steak / pasta dish in the evening would be welcome.

We wouldn’t recommend Lassi if you prefer a more authentic Greek location. There is no village centre just a strip of restaurants and shops catering to mostly British tourists

Good sized room with balcony and sea view. Exceptionally clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was an assortment of food and had very healthy options. The one lunch we had was delicious .

My only thing is the pools were inaccessible to me as I have a weak leg which meant I could not use the ladder to get in and out- a gradual slope in one of them would be great

We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a panoramic view. Everything was very clean and the breakfasts were delicious with lots of choice. The staff were super friendly and helped us whenever we needed something. The pools and the in-house restaurant were excellent and it is very close to a lovely beach.

The shower in the room, is not a thing for us. The hotel was fully booked so unable to change. Also the sea view was a 2 metre view between two other buildings. Also the cost of £3000 for 7 days, was very overpriced.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location with views across the bay. A short walk to Lassi, close to the airport but not close enough for noise pollution. The hotel was clean, with beds changed a few times in our 7 day stay. Pool restaurant served amazing food. Loads of high quality sunbeds, lots of seating and shade. Food and drink reasonably priced. Staff were excellent. The hotel is new and finished to a high standard. Breakfast had lots of choices. The hotel had a lovely calm and relaxing feel.

The Spa consists of one room for treatments which is completely located in the gym. Whilst there are two outdoor swimming pools - there is not a Spa facility
