Location is fantastic as you are 100m to the station. The building from the outside is a bit daunting but once we go to our suite which was a family room, it was very good. We had a few requests that the Front desk attended to quickly. Would highly recommend it as it was £1000 cheaper than staying in a 5 star hotel.

The windows were not effective in muffling noise from the street. We needed earplugs to sleep. One of the four nights was particularly loud.

Perfect location, walking distance to main train station, big flea market, shops, restaurants everywhere. Good breakfast at a nearby restaurant included which definitely is bonus. We had an early flight that we arrived super early, already expected that we won’t be able to check in, they did try their best to get our room ready before the usual check-in time. Can’t fault this place.

The shower head was difficult to use and the elevator is very small. The electrical outlets in the room are not standard American and therefore I was not able to charge my electronic devises…cell hone, curling iron etc…

The staff was great! Very friendly and accommodating. The location is wonderful…walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The only drawback as other comments mention, is the noise of the area. It lasts until very late and could be difficult to sleep in such conditions. Having said that, we were with 1 kid and 1 baby and it did not wake them up. I believe this is the price to pay to be so well located 😃

This location is really central, less than 5 min walk from Monastiraki place and all restaurants/bars, metro, etc. The suite had 2 rooms which was perfect for our family, it was clean and had all the amenities needed. The employees were very nice. We could check in early as the room was ready and as we were leaving early on the departure day they also offered to prepare us some breakfast boxes to go. Breakfast at “the brunchers” which is literally 1min walk from the hotel.

The location is quite central, but this means that at times the streets are very busy and can benoisy, the room has double-glazed windows so that helps a lot.

Noise from the bars and clubs right next to it. For some it might be difficult to sleep. Not much sunlight but this was more or leas expected due to the location.

1. Not well prepared. We have booked room with three people, but only two tower kits were in the room. The sofa bed was not put out, no bed sheet prepared for the sofa bed. Had to ask for it and waited for a while to get them. 2. I got the wrong room number and password. Opened other’s room. Need to be more careful sending out info. 3. Not really the property‘s problem. Very big noise at night. Music and beats don’t stop until midnight. Can’t sleep at all without ear mufflers. However, that’s understandable and predictable if you choose to live in the center of Athens.

Nice apartment! Newly renovated with good facilities. Located right near the center, with all the necessary places in walking distance.

The noise from the restaurant below was very, very loud (we live above a pub in the centre of a capital city and it was loud even for us), with the sound being blasted out into the street. We were on the top floor so it must have been worse on the lower floors and other guests were complaining about the noise which goes on until 1am. If you have an early start or a baby I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

a bit noisy since it's near restaurants

The breakfast at BRUNCHERS was exceptionally delicious and good size serving. Very friendly staff! The Staff at Artisan Suites were very helpful with recommendations for restaurant to celebrate our Wedding anniversary. Also to help us with directions and good areas to visit . The Staff also made an effort to make sure we have a taxi since we had early morning trip to Meteora and to Mt. Olympus

Loud music till quite late at night

The location of the hotel was very handy for everything. The size of the room was very good compared with the prize. Staff very nice and friendly. Restaurant where to have breakfast was very good.

Noisy neighborhood at night

Clean, functional and well equipped apartment. Two minutes walk from metro station. Friendly and polite staff. Descent breakfast at a nearby cafe. Overall highly recommended.

A bit more attention to detail could’ve been given to the room. We were missing lightbulbs, the refrigerator doors were installed backwards and there could’ve been more useable furniture on the balcony. These things didn’t affect our stay though, and we would definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent! It’s about a 3 minute walk to the Monastiraki Metro Station and about a 5 minute walk to Monastiraki Square! There are so many restaurants nearby also!

The bedroom is next to a busy road which quite a few stores. If you don't have earplugs you won't be able to sleep. The windows also don't have blinds, but curtains which again proves problematic.

The sorrounding is a bit noisy due to to some pubs staying open until late. Nice breakfast available in a nearby bar.

The view is straight to the windows of the old building upfront and at the bottom are loud streets.

Nice small room with a comfy, king-size bed and a tiny kitchen with a microwave, coffee machine, and a teapot. It was clean and nice to be able to check in earlier a bit. Close to the cafe and attractions, the metro station is a 2 min walk. The breakfast is basic, simple, and located in the cafe nearby.

- Hot shower lasts for 10-15mins only before turning cold. - Sofa is broken. - No bidet. - Lift could fit 2 ppl only.

- Room was clean with a nice bed. - they had a divider separate the bed area. - number pad lock ; dont need a card or key - Aircon/heater worked well.
