The 2 resident cats kept trying to get into the apartment. We couldn't keep the doors and windows open at all.

Very well kept property, owner was friendly.location is very near to the town..approx 15 - 20 min walk.

too much humid, no air conditioning although they say it has but i think due to humidity it will not work. Also a very important thing no doors to the bedrooms. 😡 which I didn’t like because no privacy. we had a villa 3 bedroom with jacuzzi inside the room and also private pool jacuzzi. But couldn’t use because of no doors in the rooms everything was open abd I had kids with me.

The location is good but be prepared for a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre. I wouldn't recommend the walk for anyone with young children, particularly in summer. The two swimming pools and the private pool we had as part of the villa are all painted dark colours and they're not that inviting. The water was pretty cold too.

The breakfast on offer was extensive so there will be something for everyone. The rooms were spacious and well equipped and the property is secure with keypad entry for all guests.

Pools were freezing and Wi-Fi didn’t work in some bedrooms. Also too far from Fira with lots of uphill walking for elderly parents.

See above To get to any eating places, you had to walk into Fira which was a seventeen/ minute walk uphill.

The grounds were really beautiful. It was meticulously maintained & had exotic plants.The staff was very nice & wonderful about giving very reasonable rides to the aero port & elsewhere. Beautiful pools all around , although it was too chilly to go in. One thing about our room was there was no dresser & what was provided for clothing was a metal bin , which was not convenient. Also, in order to get hot water in the bathroom sink, you had to have the shower going.

Staff were excellent. Alex was great from the pickup to the drop off. He was also very helpful and informative throughout our stay. Michael also was extremely helpful and also offered good suggestions. Other staff also very polite and courteous. The facilities were great with a choice of pools and a good gym.

KITCHEN FACILITIES WERE ADEQUATE BUT NOT ENOUGH SPACE AND NOWHERE TO PREPARE FOOD.

ROOM WAS VERY COOL AND BEDS WERE COMFY. OUTSIDE THE ROOM WE HAD A TABLE AND CHAIRS AND THE POOL WAS RIGHT IN FRONT WITH A WONDERFUL OCEAN VIEW.

Alex, Michail and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended all the activities we took on. Facilities were very good. Distance to other Towns like Oia with a car or quad bike is about 30 Minutes. We went on a boat trip for my birthday and it was amazing, highly recommended. We also explored the beautiful Island and enjoyed our stay at Thea.

The air conditioning needs to be updated, the rooms were hot despite having it on. We had a house for 6 with 3 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms was in glass room in the living room/kitchen, with no privacy or any space, had we known this we would not have booked. There was no storage so we all lived out of our suitcase as there was nowhere to put your clothes other than a hanger in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The glass bedroom had no hangers or storage at all.

The pools and the hot tub were excellent. The outlook was in a stunning location and the staff were very helpful and made our stay memorable ! The showers had great pressure and were very good. We were provided with towels every day and the cleaning of the hot tub and house was done to a very high standard. The staff were faultless and are a real credit to the resort.

Everything was great

Very clean and a beautiful apartment. We were upgraded to a nicer apartment which was greatly appreciated. The location was a 10 minute walk to town which was not too bad. There were 2 pools so that was a bonus as well. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The only place to buy any cold drinks was a vending machine which you had to have coins for (which we didn’t) so that was a bit annoying on day 1 when we hadn’t been to the shop yet. Town is about a 15 minute walk away which some people seemed to find difficult but it is quite nice to be out of the hustle and bustle. The only thing was it was a wee bit far to walk for an afternoon drink but it was a pleasant walk.

Lovely pool area which was very quiet. Not many sunbeds but was never a problem as people seemed ti be out on day trips often. People on always very helpful and happy to organise things for you - boat trip and transfers. Rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard. Good sized fridge to store things for breakfast / lunch.

The location was not very walkable for us, however it was a central location good if you have a car. And the ramp/driveway to the wheelchair accessible room was a bit too long/steep for independent access.

Alex at the reception was so helpful. He made us an itinerary to maximize our 2 days in Santorini. Room was cozy- cave like! Easy access for a wheelchair for most of the space. They removed a door to the bathroom to make it more wheelchair accessible, but the bathroom/shower were a bit small for the wheelchair. The price for the value was well worth it considering Santorini expenses.

What I did not like was that the rooms had no privacy. Especially if you are traveling with young adults.

The employees there were very friendly and provided us with different options while visiting the island. They also helped us to rent a car and their yogurt was great! They have two swimming pools and kept our room very clean.

The road to the town is badly lit at night and not very attractive ( litter, busy roads) during the day. not the fault of the property, but need to be aware before you book. ( I would still book again, if I visited Santorini again)

A tranquil Oasis with lots of space. very clean, nice staff. For Santorini, quite cheap , you would pay a lot more elsewhere.
