We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location on the beach, and close to the lovely little Main Street of Tsivili. It was lovely.

Germany- The playground for kids is completely useless. There is no shade, therefore it too warm to use at any time of the day (ie, the slides were burning). And in the evening , when you hope to use it, is in the dark, no illumination provided. - The bathroom was smelly - The beach in front of the hotel was dirty (not responsibility of the hotel, but still a fact about the location of the place)
The food is of good quality and there is nice variety. The pools are very nice, and the chairs are comfortable. The personal was incredible kind and helpful.

Good location near the beach and restaurants. Tsivili is a nice place to stay and nearby several hotspots of the isle. It’s a 4 star hotel but some things are outdated in the rooms. Also not so much creativity in the food .. the afternoon snacks were every day same pizza fries and gyros. Staff is super friendly but sometimes with too few people to keep the buffet at the restaurant clean.

United KingdomThe biggest downside was that we could not get a bed by the pool as people put their towels down very early. I appreciate this is a difficult to manage but it is not acceptable that people leave towels on the beds when not using and we are unable to use the pool due to this.
Location was lovely as was the room. My only criticism was the food was not very varied.

United KingdomIf you go all inclusive be sure when you wake up at 10 you will not have coffee to drink for one hour until the bar opens at 11. Also past 11 the hotel is dead everything is closed so you are better off to be going out for night drinks and snacks. Also one of the young receptionist who started after a week of our stay had an attitude that was scratching the ceiling but we didn't have to deal with her much except when we had to check out.
The room and the cleaners were exceptional, the snack bars were worth it and the food was made freshly. The staff on the snack bars were friendly. The buffet restaurant was okay but it seemed like we were served second and third day foods. Also if we stayed for 10 minutes past the closing time of the buffet we were told to leave the restaurant which I didn't like as it was done in a rude way (by switching the lights on and off from the restaurant or the man in charge had to make an announcement etc)

ItalyThe bed could be more comfortable. It was a little too hard. I would prefer to have the towels/linens changed more often. I think that service is limited because of covid.
The room, beach and pool were beautiful and clean. The view from our room was perfect. The pool deck chairs are super comfortable. The hotel even arranged a nurse to come to the hotel to covid test us for our flight home. They were very nice. I will visit again.
