The AC was pretty loud and you shouldn't be afraid of spiders or other insects.

The stay was great! The family which hosts the accommodation is lovely, the room was nice and quite cold actually compared to the rising temperatures outside. They have a lot of cats, dogs (they got a new puppy while we were staying) turtles and emus which are nice to watch. The view is stunning from up there and the breakfast very very good!

It’s a bit of a challenge to get up to and down from the property when, like me, you prefer to walk, but it’s definitely worth it and with a vehicle it’s fine.

Hidden away from the rush of the touristy areas, ideal for those who prefer more traditional, simpler accommodation - the houses are old-timey, overgrown with gorgeous flowers and trees providing shade in the middle part, where you can can enjoy your breakfast by the soothing fountain.

The location and the quietness were just what we needed to cut ourselves from our busy way of life. The place is just a bubble of paradise, far from the touristic hotel resorts. Add to this all the little attentions from our hosts, and you have here the perfect place to stay for a restful trip in Zakynthos!

Couldn't have wanted for a more relaxing and beautiful location. Laura, Piers and Gillian made us feel extremely welcome and were highly accommodating. The setting and grounds are stunning, and we had an excellent view of the countryside and bay from our room. We love animals, so it was great to meet all the pets on site too!

Laura and Piers are very friendly and helpful people. We arrived in the evening and they helped us getting our transport. The room and breakfast were great and the atmosphere at the accomodation is very relaxing. At our last day, we enjoyed a very late check-out. They really went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. For the animal lovers: you will be welcomed by a bunch of lovely cats and a friendly dog!

The only suggestion I would have is the placement of insect screens in the windows. Although we could keep things perfectly cool with the A/C and ceiling fan :)

Very friendly hosts, breakfast to order, wonderfull tranquil location. We also received usefull tips and instructions regarding our travel (we drove by car). All for a very reasonable price. The view we had from our window room was stunning.

Amazing place. Super calm, cozy, very good location. Perfect place to rest after trips and sunbaths. Such a beautiful views. Mr. Piers was so helpful. He saved our vacation! Laura such a kind and caring. So, all in all. If we will visit the island again - definitely only Tsivouli accommodation❤️

Nothing is within walking distance; going to the beach or out for dinner requires a car/scooter.

The hotel is absolutely quiet and has a phenomenal view. The dogs and cats are super friendly. We felt more comfortable here than any other hotel we've ever been to; our 6 night stay felt like visiting close family.

Breathtaking view , really nice and clean room , fresh tasty breakfast. Laura and Piers are amazing hosts, they make you feel like at home and always happy to help. Loads of animals around. Quiet and charming area far-away from busy tourist places but close to lovely quiet beach. Definitely wish to go back there

It is an oasis of peace located in the middle of an olive grove, overlooking the sea. It is not near the sea, so if you do not have a car it is not the right location for you. everything was perfect. Very friendly and nice staff. Breakfast was simple, but very tasty and fresh. I recommend this location and we will definitely stay here when we visit the island.

We had a great stay, the place and the scenery is just breathtaking. The building and patio are really nice with the fountain and flowers and trees for shade during breakfast. The breakfast is great, they really helped us out being vegetarian and lactose intolerant. The hosts are helpful and friendly and really welcoming, made us feel at home right away. There is airco in the room but it usually didn't get too hot in there. Rental car to get there and around the island is recommended, easy parking on the property. Thank you Laura, Piers & Gillian!

Thanks so much for this lovely stay, especially to Laura! The house has a lot of greek charme to offer and the view is breathtaking. You need some sort of transportation to get a round, be it a scooter or rental car to get into town and see the rest of the island. If you have that you should be fine.

Everything was such good quality and the breakfast served by Laura was amazing . Loved , loved , loved the place & the emu's were a plus along with all the other animals on the farm . Very minimalist & clean & in a very quiet location ... would love to return !
