Some of the furniture is shabby, but it still works.

Lovely tree shaded terrace overlooking the water for coffee and meals. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of dedicated parking.

The rooms are somewhat dated and because of the low temperatures, the room was also cold if one was not there for an extended time. the central heating was not on, it was just an air conditioning unit that had to do the job. This must be the exceptional, because most of the year it is fairly warm there.

The hotel is at the beach, and I was given the room most closely to the beach at the side away from the wind. It has been very cold this week, max temperatures around 6 degrees but because of the high winds the temperature felt was much lower. this seems to be exceptional. The staff was very helpful, at the reception, in the restaurant and also the ladies taking care of the cleaning.

I think this was a very elegant hotel, once. Little cracks are showing - like the one in the plaster in the bathroom. I sat on a chair in the living room and got up immediately to check the legs. I consider myself lucky the leg didn't collapse when I sat in it. That chair should not be in the room. The electrical plugs are in odd places, far away from where I needed to recharge some items.

Lots of parking. The ocean front is very nice. Really friendly staff, spoke English very well. Helpful to find a couple of places I needed to go to downtown. I had a 'junior suite' and the size was incredible. More room than I could possibly use for one night.

The Tzaki hotel was perfect for my short stay. Loved the location on the beach, it was clean and comfortable and extremely good value for money.

I don't know if this was an off-season issue or not, but the air conditioner did not work, so I had to open the patio door. That turned out to be a poor choice because I got absolutely eaten alive by mosquitoes. I shut the door, but it was too late. I slept the best I could with the sheet over my head. Also, most beds in Europe are too firm for my taste, but this one was exceptionally hard - like trying to sleep on a pool table. In any case, at about 0430, I finally gave up and checked out.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near the water. The staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant was fine.
