Kampos is empty in October. This is not related to hotel of course but I want to drop this notice for people who visit Samos in October. This is not important for us but maybe some people want crowded restourants etc. They should visit in summer season or they should stay at bigger cities.

We stayed in this place 4 days at October. Our room was 2 bedroom + saloon and it was very large. Easily 4 people can stay in 4 people room. There was refrigerator and oven & cooker which was so important for us. It has 2 balconies which was so confortable to sit and pass time. Location is in the center of Kampos close to very nice beaches. Price was also good. Probably we will stay there next year too if we visit Samos however Greece gave us only single entry visa. If it was multi we can come this place again and again.

Villa Maria is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Maria and her husband Mannolis are very helpfull and kind People. Rooms were very clean and they'd everything what wę needed. We highly recommend Villa Maria to stay on Samos. What we appraciate especially is a swiminng pool and the beach just few steps from villa. There are also tavernas, supermarkets and bakerys near to it. What is worth to know - is necessary to rent a car if you want to go somewhere from Kampos. You can rent a car from Mannolis. Kampos is quite far from other touristic villages like Pitagorio, Karlovassi or Kamari and there is no public transport to get there.

No daily cleaning service and the showers are terrible because there is no shower cabins only small curtains. Bathroom floor flods when you shower.

Just accross to a great beach, restaurant and beach club. Location is perfect. We stayed in a dublex room. Beds are very comfortable. Room has a big balcony with sea view. Owners are very kind. Strongly recommended.

It would have been very nice to have a small, two-person couch. There were two straight-backed kitchen chairs and a small table in the downstairs kitchen area and two straight-backed chairs and another small table in the upstairs bedroom area. It would have been a nice addition to have a TV. Unfortunately, it was very windy during my stay which made it too difficult to sit outside on the nice, large balcony outside the bedroom or on the terrace outside the kitchen area. Although I told the owner I was leaving at noon on the last day, she was waiting for me before that and started to clean the room at 11:45 before I was able to finish loading the car. It would have been better had she waited just two more minutes for me to finish taking everything out of the room.

The location of the Villa Maria was excellent, set back from the main street and directly across the street from a very nice beach with sunbeds and a beach bar (Island Bar) with staff members who were attentive and friendly. Villa Maria also has a pool. The parking was very good. There was a mini market at the end of the driveway and there were several restaurants, supermarkets, and a bakery all within an easy, 15-minute walk.

The friendliest, most helpful staff imaginable. A nice big room, sea view from the balcony, excellent internet coverage, all the utensils worked perfectly. And they introduced me to their visiting family who gave me candy and almonds. This is why I call being treated like family! You bet I am coming beck!

We stayed a couple of nights in August. Rooms were spacious and clean, lovely gardens around the hotel. Kids really enjoyed the pool and nice sandy beach just opposite. Plenty of good restaurants only a few minutes walk away. But the best thing was the kind and hospitable owners. Thank you Mr Manolis

Very good location! Seaview, beach right in front. Nice and clean rooms. Very friendly owners who are always available. Big pool which was also cleaned every day. Many tavernas near, shops etc. Car Rental cheap and easy form the hotel.

Communication with the owner before arrival was difficult (if not to say impossible); he did not reply to messages on booking.com nor did he answer there phone or call back. Communication onsite in person without any problems, though....

Very nice family run place just opposite the beach in close vicinity to various restaurants, cafes, etc.... Great room with lots of space and a good kitchenette; Great support from owner who will help you with requests onsite any time...

The toilet was downstairs from the bedroom which was accessed by a spiral staircase. Could be tricky during the night and you needed to use the light. However you got used to it after a couple of days and it did not spoil the overall stay.

This was the first time we have stayed at Villa Maria and we found the owners Manolis and Maria to be very friendly and always around if you needed anything. Our room was clean and we had a good sea view. We had good facilities, ground floor living and kitchen area with a bathroom and nice outside eating area. Upstairs we had two double bedrooms and a very big balcony. Our holiday was very restful and our stay was very pleasant.
