Wind - location is mostly windy and it’s so popular among kiters and wind surfers. Mosquitoes - they bite like ducks but you can buy repellent spray and/or after bite roll-ons that do wonders (I recommend Korres brand) Water pressure is not like at home but that’s general problem of Ionian islands

Owner/Manager was so pleasant to the point that he waited for us to arrive until 2am. Villa has it’s own shared pool (shared between guests of 4 apartments). Apartment was cleaned daily. Perfect ambient tucked in lots of trees and flowers. Private parking spot for each apartment. Sun beds and parasols for each apartment. Would come again.

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was fine especially all around the flat. Beautiful Natur and nice area. The flat was ok. Nothing special but all together I was really happy about everything

Best position 2mins by car from the kite spot (also walking would be nice), really nice the pool to chill in the morning, owner really nice person (he let us be in the pool also over the check out time just to chill a bit more because out flight was in the late afternoon.

The apartment is very basic which is fine but we could have done with a few more pieces of cutlery and cooking utensils. Also only one ring on the oven was working also some lights did not work. Easily fixed though.

The best thing about Villa Swan are the gardens and the pool. The garden is absolutely lovely, full of beautiful trees and plants. The pool is a good size and although it is shared we had it to ourselves most of the time. The apartment was spacious and a nice housekeeper came in to give us fresh towels and linen each day. We really enjoyed sitting and relaxing and looking at the view from the balcony. Although this is a secluded location, there is a snack bar at next door Villagio. There is a good beach a 10 minute walk away and a supermarket is 10 minutes walk too. The town can be reached on foot in 30 minutes with wonderful sunset views en route.

The location is really close to the beach, the room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, the kitchenette has everything you need. The owner is nice and was there in less than 5 minutes to give us the key even we arrived earlier. The pool was clean, and excellent for the kids to play. It also has a big garden with palmtrees. We definitely recommend and for sure we'll return here.

Beautiful, tidy place with swimming pool. Close to the beach, market, not far from city center. You can feel there real Greece. Perfect place to relax.

The kitchen had no bowls (kitchen appliances minimal). Walls were not sound proof, we could hear other people talking in other rooms. A few times there was no hot water. The double bed was very uncomfortable. On the checkout day, the owner refused to issue an invoice, and I had to call Booking support to ask for help (support sorted out the issue).

Location not as indicated on booking.com, so we thought it was by the beach and a beach bar but in reality it’s further up the road and inland. The sofa bed is only suitable for a single child, so we needed an extra bed, the bathroom is very small with no standing shower or full sized bath. Interior could use modernisation.

The pool and garden were nice, the staff responsive to add an additional bed when we arrived and supply extra towels. Aircon worked well.

Very noisy, other guests shouting until 6am No bathroom light, or shower holder or shower curtain. Location is very poor, I suggest not coming to lefkada as it’s not what it seems, it’s very quiet and everything is far away
