Everything. I had an excellent room with a view of the water. Very clean and comfortable. I ate at the restaurant for 3 days because it was so good and the prices so good. Close to everything. I swam in the lake. Looks like they are completing a roof top area which will make this Hotel even better. They clearly know what they’re doing at Hotel Casa Amelia! I highly recommend

A little bit higher price for non view rooms imho. Dated furniture could be updated by removing dresser and put in desk. Wifi ok, but you cant work from home or study abroad using it.

Staff was very nice and super helpful to me, esp with booking things as my spanish is bad. Room is clean. Can’t beat location. Daily housekeeping and toiletries. Hot water.

It doesn't offer parking, so make sure you know where to park on the island and the times to move your car. However, the staff will help you get settled.

This hotel's location is unbeatable! It has great views from the rooms and a lovely terrace to enjoy the sunset. The staff were very accommodating and someone was available 24/7. Even when I asked for hot water at 2 am, the front desk staff helped me get it. They always had recommendations and answered all of our questions about the hotel and island. Their restaurant also offered decently priced and delicious meals!

Wifi may as well not have existed, pretty disappointing in this day and age.

Room was very comfortable, had AC and a fan. The hotel is quaint and well situated. Staff are very friendly and the restaurant has a high level of service. The hotel is situated just by the water so you get some great views from the restaurant and roof.

Good location but fairly noisy as it’s on the main one way route system around d the town. Great room, clean, tidy and comfy bed. Not a lot of space to put your wash bag in the bathroom. Shower good with hot water. Breakfast was good too at a charge.

The only picky thing I would change is the smaller bed is a little tilted, but it’s easily fixable.

The terrasse is pretty bare. The bathroom had no proper separation with the bedroom (so smells and humidity get through). A little pricey compared to other accommodations in Guatemala but seems that’s how it is in Flores.

Wonderful view over the lake from the terrasse. Friendly and helpful staff. Free water bottles everyday. Comfortable room. A/C.

Staff was friendly, breakfast good and we had an amazing view of the lake. I really liked the late check out which allowed us to spend the morning in a kayak on the lake before grabbing a shower and checking out
