The room had a strong smell of humidity, which is not uncommon in HK, but could be freshened up a bit.

It is my second stay in this hotel, and I will choose to stay again. The breakfast and the pool are really great. The location is also very convenient, a stone's throw away from Fortress Hill MTR.

The waiting period to check in took forever event though there were 3 persons manning the counters. The lifts to the high floors were not as prompt as it should be. No coffee machine in the room.

We were upgraded to a very nice size room overlooking the harbour. It had a little dining area with a small kitchenette. The bathroom was huge and had a tub to soak in as well. It was near to many eateries and the Causeway Bay market. The MTR stop was just minutes away. The price ratio for a hotel room of such size and location were very reasonable.

I had no major issues with facility, staff, or location. Minor issue with view from room. Otherwise a nice place to stay for the price.

The view from the room was acceptable, corner room with limited view of harbor. Walking around the area was okay, access to waterfront took a bit of hunting but found route. Lots of local eateries and access to MTR just blocks away.

The location is great. You are about 5 minutes walk away from a train station that helps you get to about anywhere. Also, there are a bunch of shops and great restaurants around. The room had a nice view on the harbour. We loved the big jacuzzi style bath tube in the bathroom. The staff was nice at all times. I especially recommend the concierge, who helped us with a few great recommendations.

Excellent location, near MTR station. We had a nice room with some view over the Victoria Bay. We have also enjoyed the panoramic view from the Skyline Pavilion Tour. We really appreciate the staff who helped us with information and tips about how to get to the main tourist attractions. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We would love to come back.

Instant coffee in Executive Club Floor Rooms. The Club did have a coffee machine which was good, but it's nice to have a decent coffee when you first wake up.

charge me twice, do not ever used booking.com again when using debit card, it is very bad experience when your payment deductive twice. unlike agoda when you already paid, it is paid, you just need to come and check in. The hotel management said this is common issue, but why they still accept a booking using booking.com with debit payment? they should let the customer aware this situation

Unfortunately the bath plug didn't quite seal and the water kept going down but it was FINE, we just kept filling it up. 😁

The staff were very friendly and helpful and efficient. We were upgraded to a premium suite and were given a complementary bottle of fizzy apple juice (premium). We were given access to the facilities in the gym to freshen up and allowed to leave our bags as we arrived too early for check-in. The room was very clean and the harbour view was outstanding. Reception smelt amazing, I think they pump a nice smell through the air-con. Location was great - you can get everywhere easily from here using the tram or the MTR from Fortress Hill.

Stayed in the club room with access to the lounge. The staff were friendly and the food/snacks and drinks on offer were great. Cocktail hour was a great way to start the evening Great choices at breakfast and the most amazing view from the lounge floor. Good facilities at the pool even if the water was a little 'fresh'.

The reviews and cost of breakfasts put us off including these in our stay which was a shame. Plenty of other eating places in the vicinity.

Asked for a deluxe room harbour facing. The room certainly exceeded expectations regarding size and the view we had over HK. Staff VERY helpful and check in and out very efficient. Location great for getting around HK.

Staff, I can’t believe the reception took over 40mins when it came to my turn, not even consider the waiting line. No idea why they were so slow, when you ask them why, staff can be rude and arrogant, especially the one named Lam.
