The food was not tasty, the selection was large but completely tasteless, as if it was not made with love;) for a five-star hotel, this should not happen, they don't know how to prepare the eggs, the croissants are not fresh, the Belevue restaurant on Pelješac has much tastier food! The spa does not have a salt room or a tepidarium, the jacuzzi outside is not in a good place (behind the ice cream stand instead of on the glass fence with a view of the sea), there is no infinity pool.

The facility is beautiful, the lobby is impressive, the rooms are beautiful and the beds are too comfortable, the Rooftop bar is perfect, the girl who played the piano is unreal, while she was playing the piano we felt like we were in another dimension, she left a strong impression.

The beach outside of hotel is not so beautiful and there is no nice pedestrian outside of hotel to have nice walk.

Employees are very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is great and very family(kids) friendly. The nanny is great and our daughter had great time st kid’s club.

We couldn't get an extra room key, causing discomfort for my husband and me. A five-star hotel should not encounter such issues or offer excuses like claiming full occupancy as the reason for not being able to provide it to both of us.

Great for the short family holiday, and we particularly appreciated the room upgrade.

I did not like the dress code in the restaurant. Someone can enter in slippers, but someone is returned.

It seems different people payed different price for same week stay. We paid 3 times some of the other families paid for same number of days. That’s very strange

This Hotel is clear example how 5 Star Hotel should be look like everything was fantastic highly recommended to everyone.We come back second time in one week because we just loved.Thank you again for pleasant hospitality specially to Manager Ivana and lady in Kids Club Bojana they made our stay even better.This Hotel should be definitely on your list!

Great location,nice clean new fresh Hotel !Very Bright fresh rooms with good view very close to the beach and makarska promenade worthy definitely 5 stars! Nice pools, gym generally good wibe.Ladies who entertained children are very nice really love the job thank you again,Also would like to thank you Manager Ivana for helping us to deal with little issues which shows how they treat customers.Pools was warm to swim even in April 👍

I did not like the fact that I was not able to collect my Aminess loyalty points with Booking.com and the fact that last year when I was in the same hotel I paid the ticket fine by parking the car next to the hotel, while this time zillions of cars parked next to it and none even dare to call the police. Also the parking in front of the hotel was said to be used for check in / check out however they allowed certain jeep cars with some privlidge to be parked outside the whole night....I am just saying that not all of the guests are treated the same.

Love the comfort the rooms are offering. Loved the breakfast and variety of food offered. Amazing and helpful staff as usually.

It's 20 minutes walking from the center of Makarska city harbor.

Great hotel, very nice rooms, lots of kids facilities, like playground and activities for them. The indoor swimingpool and wellness/Fitness/sauna department is top. Breakfast was also very diverse and tasty.

There is nothing i did not like.

I like the location near the sea, nice smelling spacious room with the sea view and sunsets, comfortable huge bed, perfect spa and indoor pool, great breakfast with various food, i like that everything is clean and looks so modern and with taste, i like service and bottle of champain as gift for the last night. Thank you for that!

Everything especially the sunset at the rooftop bar, cocktails, a fantastic upgrade with private hot tub! Amazing cheesecake from room service. The spa facilities!! Thank you we will be back.

We were on the seventh floor with fantastic views but being above the restaurant just seeing it’s roof was a little disappointing when we arrived.

Really nice and modern hotel, lovely breakfast and fantastic views with walking distance to lovely restaurants shops and the harbour
