We had the pleasure of staying at their incredible penthouse for a night, and it was an unforgettable experience. The view of Hvar and the sunset from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking – one of the best I've ever seen. The apartment itself was not only spacious and comfortable but also beautifully designed and well-maintained. This was truly one of the best apartments we’ve had the opportunity to stay in. If you're looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Hvar, I highly recommend staying here.

The room was clean & tidy. The little balcony was lovely too! The hosts were really helpful and welcoming. It was close to the beach near by and not too far of a walk to the city centre.

We had a studio with balcony and the balcony was amazing! We had a nice view and the room itself was good. The hosts were really really nice :) Facilities and amenities very basic but for a short stay like ours were good. Location is nice but a bit of a walk so be ready!

Good location, not too central so not too loud but everything closely located by foot. Super nice host. Always available on WhatsApp and super friendly. Had a welcome limo and shot (homemade) He even offered car and scooter rental with extremely fair conditions.

Bed was not very comfortable, location was a bit of a trek from the centre of town, in the bottom apartment so didn’t have much of a view or sunshine

We were very happy with our staying at bubalo! The host greeted us with some cold lemonade after a long and warm journey from split to hvar. The room was nice and just a short walk from the hvar harbour. It was easy for us to rent a scooter from the owner to explore more of the island, which we highly recommend if you have scootrar experience. Would stay again 10/10. Thanks for everything

The brevity of our stay. Given we had 2 weeks in Croatia, we should have spent more time at Bubalo.

Just about everything! It is a superb high quality penthouse apartment. The hosts were fantastic, werehappy to organise anything and everything. This was a truly great find - wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment was spotless and nicely appointed. The was bed extremely comfortable, and the kitchen facilities would be great for a longer stay. We would highly recommend this accommodation. Vlad is a fantastic host and very accommodating. His recommendation for dinner was awesome, and he set us up with a motorcycle (hire) to get around.

It’s perfect to us.

Our trip has been highlighted by this Bubalo Apartment. The host offered us a warm reception with cookies and drinks, and helped us on daily living and traffic. The property has rooms and facilities more than enough for six of us. There are supermarkets nearby. It is close to a hill path to the beach. We enjoyed both the communal and private space in the apartment.

The location of the apartments was quite steep to get to so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Not a problem for us but worth noting! Vlade drove us down to the port with our bags which was very kind of him!

The hosts were absolutely lovely, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. When we arrived they brought us cold water and gave us a bottle of the local wine. Extremely kind, generous family who made us feel like we had someone looking after us! Lots of options of where we should go etc and always prompt to respond with our questions.

Probably the best host I’ve ever encountered on booking. He offered us a local Croatian drink upon arrival and brought us some traditional Croatian meat. Vlade was really helpful when it came to booking certain trips, renting scooters etc. we had a really nice visit here!
