There were quite a lot of stairs but Kristijan helped get our luggage up and down.

The host Kristijan went out of his way to pick us up at the railway station and show us around the town as well as the apartment. It was the most comfortable place we have stayed in 4 weeks of travel. The bed and shower were terrific. The room was well insulated from construction noise outside. It was right next to the bus station.

Location was hard to beat, as was onsite parking. A stylish late 19th residence converted into apartments. Cheerful and informative host. A good place to stay to see and stroll the city in a day.

Building construction is neighborhood in the 7.00~18.00, and early morning (6.00am) the trash car collected trash can nearby for 15 min.

The host accepted only cash and in kuna for the fee, so the first time when we met, he informed us about this fact. It wasn't a nice feeling after a long way of journey. We needed to go for an ATM and withdrawal it.

Construction site directly in front of windows and starts at 7 something in morning. Need better blinds or curtains….blinding sunshine woke me at 7am and then followed by construction. Town and is super quiet otherwise.

The location is super ideal if there wasn’t a huge construction site right in front of the building that starts early. The actual apartment has all the necessities for a short stay. Shower good, heat worked ok, clean. enough space for one person, and right next to bus stop so super easy for a pass through. The owner let me check in an hour early and check out 20 min late so that was appreciated. Wifi was solid enough for remote work too.

There was some construction outside the bedroom early in the morning.

Room was comfortable close to seaside promenade. Bus station is next to the apartment. Host was friendly and accommodating.

Very good value for money. The apartment is not luxory however it was very clean and everything you need in the apartment. Parking on the facility. We booked it on a last minute and the staff acted quick and where very pleasant. The location is 10/10! You can't go much better in Opatija! Thanks!

I didn't like that the host didn't allow me to park my relatives' car when they came to visit me and there was a big problem to find some parking space,saying that they are not his guests. That was rude. I was disappointed.

The facilities in the kitchen are very poor for 4 stars appartment. The sofa in the kitchen is not comfortable for 2 persons (for 3 stars appartmant it will be ok).

The room is next to a passage which was noisy late nights and early mornings The building has a few more apartments which hosted a bunch of noisy people TV was good, but good channels. V.boring. they can easily get IP TV free channels by connecting TV to wifi box direct. Toilet cum shower room was too small

The apartment was noisy. Since it is near the main bus station you could hear the traffic all night.

The location was great. It was a walk away from the beach and all the good restaurants.
