at the start we didnt have hot water but the host quickly fixed it by giving us acces to another apartment. be careful by booking and chose the apartment and not the room, thats where we went wrong.

20 minutes walk into old city which was great, we liked the beach nearby. The air conditioning worked so well we were cold and there was no quilt unfortunately.

This guesthouse is a few minutes away from the old town and the Pokonji beach. Flat was quite clean and well equipped with the kitchen. The nice terrace we had was a real advantage for a 2 nights stay where we had our breakfast. Host was also nice and quite helpful when we needed something. We recommend this place for a stay in Hvar.

The room is quite small and I would not feel comfortable staying there for more nights. At one point the AC started dripping water so we decided to turn it off ... :( Some cutlery/plates that were given were not very clean.

Location is close to a really nice beach! It is a bit far from the centre though. We stayed for only one night so it was alright. Host was nice and let us leave the luggage after checkout

The single room is only ok for spending the night. It’s very hot (there’s only a fan) and a little smelly, not nice. If your looking for a place just passing by its ok, but if you want a nice and comfortable space find another place or take the double room. The location is a little bit far from the center with hills (very hard to take the luggage) but Hvuar in general has a very big area that is like that so its ok.

The woman was very kind. The apartment in general looked ok (not the single room). Very near to the beach!

The host was sweet however sometimes a bit grumpy. We asked for an extra blanket because we were two and she gave us one but wasn’t particularly excited about it. We didn’t feel super welcome, but nonetheless, all was ok. Just prefer to be met with more friendliness. We aren’t loud or annoying guests

Clear, good location - by foot you can get into the city center and to nice beaches, however, you have to be fit to be able to do it. A lot of up the hill walking and when you go to the beach the way is down a hill through a stony path. Don’t do it if you don’t feel well or have problems with knees. It’s not a relaxing walk anywhere.

The property is only 10-15 minutes away from the center. It was cozy and everything was working properly! Definitely would recommend for solo travelers!

The bed was very small. The ventilation of the room was not adequate. The bed linen gave me some minor allergies in my skin.

My email booking stated "Studio with Sofa Bed.This air-conditioned room features a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Amenities include a microwave, a fridge and an electric kettle. It has access to the shared garden". I got 1. A single bed. 2. No air conditioning. ( A roof fan instead). 3. No TV. 4. No washing machine nor microwave. 5. This is a small dark studio. 6. Used toilet paper on the floor behind toilet

Host was welcoming and quickly responded to messages on the app.

I booked a beautiful and a brand new, fantastically rated apartment in Hvar, but the owner cancelled it as she sold it twice.Instead of that wonderful apartment, they offered me the most horrendous and miserable studios Iva, whose owners, additionally, have no clue what tourism and the word hospitality mean! Here's my feedback of Studios Iva: 1. Parking is included in the 80 E studio cost and I confirmed it both by Booking app and by phone that I need it. However, when I arrived there, the whole Iva's guests' parking was occupied, because the owners parked their own cars where the guests park! Owners sent me to park 150 meters  away, at the parking that belongs to an aparthotel. 2. the location of the Studios Iva is horrible - they are situated in a hole, just by a public terrace where people are passing through, and the guests staying in the Studios can choose between having some daylight and fresh air, but with 0 privacy then - as in that case everybody passing by the studio will watch them like in a shopping window, while they are in the bed, getting out of the shower, etc. (see photo!) In the case Studio guests want to have some privacy, they will have to close the curtains, in that case the Studio will feel like a dungeon, without any daylight, without any fresh air. 3. I came for business, had to work online, but there is no internet access in the Studio dungeon at all. I even got a spare wifi key, but its signal was not reachable in the dungeon either. There was even not possible to connect via Data, as there was not enough phone signal in the dungeon. 4. The dish sponge was old, dirty and horribly stinky and the water glasses were still wet and  that stinky that I was not able to use them, had to drink directly from the water bottle. 5. The studio was for 2 people, but there was no dining table - only an office table (!!) which was that low, that I could not fit at it, let alone 2 people! 6. Only 1 toilet paper provided.

The moment i left this place!
