The apartment is brand new, very clean, well equiped, with a great view to the small and beautiful Mala Malna beach (150 mts from the apartment!). Very friendly hosts! I would certainly return!

No basic items as generally found in other appartments eg, cooking oil, salt, pepper, tea and coffee. Cold showers until we realised switch for hot water was on wall next to the light switch lol….Mattress a bit firmer than what I would have liked also.

The parking was a bit difficult as parking is not marked. Access to unit is via a very steep driveway. The wifi was not working consistently and the TV had no programming that worked. The location is beautiful so we did not waste time on TV. The mattress is a bit hard.

Unit has great view and is in walking proximity to beach. The bathroom is new and. The A/C worked well and kept us cool even on very hot days. The host was very friendly and communicated well.

During my recent stay at a property, there were a few aspects that fell short of my expectations and left room for improvement. While the overall experience was decent, I feel it is important to address these points for the benefit of future guests. One of the main issues I encountered was the incredibly tiny shower cabin. It was uncomfortably cramped, and I had difficulty fitting inside. Showering became a challenge, and the lack of space detracted from what should have been a relaxing experience. I would highly recommend the property owners consider upgrading the shower cabin to provide a more comfortable bathing experience for their guests. Another aspect that left me somewhat dissatisfied was the thin and uncomfortable mattresses. A good night's sleep is crucial during any trip, and unfortunately, the mattresses provided did not meet the desired level of comfort. Enhancing the quality of the mattresses would greatly contribute to ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay for future guests. Furthermore, the entry to the property's parking area raised concerns about safety. It was dangerously located with a blind spot from both sides, making it quite challenging to access the main road with a vehicle. This lack of visibility created an unsafe situation for guests when entering or exiting the property. I strongly urge the property management to address this issue promptly by implementing measures to improve visibility and ensure the safety of guests. While these issues detracted from my overall experience, it is important to note that they can be addressed and improved upon by the property owners. Constructive feedback such as this can be valuable in refining and enhancing the guest experience. Despite these shortcomings, it is worth mentioning that the property did offer some positive aspects, including its convenient location and availability of necessary amenities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in Hvar during my visit, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The place had all the necessary amenities, cleanliness was maintained, and the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking sea view from the room. Upon entering the property, I was pleased to find that it was clean and well-maintained. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was readily available, allowing us to settle in quickly and enjoy our time in Hvar. The room itself boasted a lovely sea view, which added an extra touch of tranquility and beauty to our stay. The presence of air conditioning in the room was a welcome feature, especially during the warm days. It provided a respite from the summer heat and allowed us to relax and unwind in a cool and comfortable environment. The bathroom, too, was clean and well-kept, meeting our expectations for hygiene and convenience. One of the standout features of the property was the spacious balcony. It offered ample space to lounge and soak in the stunning surroundings. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or an evening relaxing time, the balcony provided a serene and idyllic setting to take in the views and savor the peaceful sea atmosphere. The location of the property, just outside the Hvar Old Town, was convenient and easily accessible. It took us approximately 15 minutes by car to reach the lively town center, where we could explore the historic sites, indulge in local cuisine, and experience the vibrant nightlife. Being slightly removed from the bustling center allowed us to enjoy a peaceful retreat while still being within reach of all the attractions. I must commend the owner for their excellent responsiveness and assistance during our stay. The self-check-in process went smoothly, and the owner ensured that we could check-in without any delays, understanding our uncertainty regarding the exact arrival time due to traveling by ferry.

We didn't like the lack of privacy at the end of the balcony so that you couldn't sit right at the edge to get the best views in the evening when the neighbours were also there. It might be a problem when all four of the apartments are occupied in the summer. Would still recommend though :)

This was a very clean, comfortable, well equipped and peaceful apartment with good views and a perfect stay for us on Hvar. It was perfectly situated with a 5 minute walk to the beach which had a restaurent and a 10 minute drive to Hvar Town. You could also easily access local walks with great views. The host was really lovely and communicated brilliantly with us beforehand giving us great directions to access the place. It was great value for money and we would definitely stay again.

The little town of Milna is beautiful. There are about 6 restaurants right on your doorstep that are very nice and reasonably priced. You’re a 5 minute taxi journey from centre of Hvar Marija is very nice and incredibly helpful

Great location with the beach just 2 minutes walk down the road and the city of Hvar a 5 minute drive, the appartment is spacious with comfy beds and well equipped kitchen, the highlight is the big terrace overlooking the beach which made the stay that more special. 😌

I have stayed here many years and keep coming back. Best view I have ever had, with balcony. Lena and her dad are super hosts. Location is central to Harv, Stari Grad (for ferry to Split), Jelsa, a neat town and other sights and good restaurants down the hill in Milna. I would not recommend coming here without a car. My favorite apartment on Hvar Island. I you like relaxing, this is the place I like to come.
