The apartment was very spacious and a lot of natural light. Everything you need is in the apartment. Very friendly owner and everything is very tidy.

The only thing that was a bummer is that the washing machine did not have directions on how to use it nor were they in English. We did finally figure it out though.

The property itself was beautiful and maintained well. The inside was stylish, clean and comfortable. The view was ok and the distance to the city center was a short walk. Our hostess was fantastic! She picked us up and dropped us off at the bus depot near the port. She was reliable, punctual and very energetic which was so fun! She gave us excellent recommendations which we did both, and were very pleased. If we could have stayed longer, we would have. I'd return to her place too.

The apartment was very new. It was well-appointed and comfortable. It was also in a close location to the center of town. Beautiful Hvar!

Loved the view and two balconies: a bigger one with an overhang + loveseat for two where my wife and I enjoyed breakfast together each morning (even when it rained), and a smaller one where we had dinners while enjoying the view of nearby islands. Easy and responsive communication with the owner. Equipped kitchen with a few essentials (basic spices, coffee, tea) already provided. Beach towels provided. Laundry machine, which meant we didn't have to pack as much. Quiet air conditioner in the bedroom helped me sleep well. We visited Hvar in mid-October at the end of the tourist season -- this was great for us as enough things were open that we weren't lacking for anything, and the beaches + nearby islands were quite empty.

Everything was perfect! Josipa was very friendly, helpful and accomodative. She told us everything we needed to know even the local food and the restaurants to go, which we tried and found it very good. The villa was built with very good quality and decorated with excellent taste, very artistic. We just loved it! I would stay here again if I have a chance to visit Hvar Island again. Thank you so much, Josipa.

We absolutely loved our stay at Apartments Pera and even extended for another 3 days. It has everything we needed, including a washing machine, is modern and clean, had incredible views from our balcony, perfectly located near the best beach - Pokonji Dol - and the host was simply amazing. She was so attentive to our requests and went above and beyond, including picking us up from ferry and dropping us off with our luggage. The walk up to the apartments from the town centre is great for some daily exercise.

Great location and modern stay in the heart of hvar! Host was incredible allowing us to check in early and even picked and dropped us to the taxi rank! She gave us amazing tips on where to visit, what to see and where to eat. Highly recommend!

This apartment was beautiful and big and had absolutely everything we needed! Including laundry in the apartment and beach towels. Josipa was so kind and even picked us up from the bus station in town. She showed us everything and gave us great restaurant recommendations and things to do on the island. The apartment was so clean and well decorated too! We would definitely stay here again. It’s a great location, away from the business downtown but still walking distance to whatever we needed to do. Thank you Josipa and your family for a great few days in Hvar! We appreciate everything!!

Wifi really slow

If you want the perfect spot to stay in Hvar, don’t think twice. Amazing apartment fully equiped with really high standard. Short walk to the beach or to the old town. Josipa is an amazing host who looks after her clients. We had an amazing stay.

It was a bit far from to center, and it was really hot while we where in Hvar, so did not go to the center as often as wanted, but we did not bother, because the apartment itself was a lovely place to stay at

The whole apartment was just amazing. It’s very clean and brand new. The jacuzzi was one of hour fav parts. The owner is super nice and helpful. She recommended places to go and visit, we didn’t regret following her recommendations. The overall is beyond 10/10! Definitely we will stay there again if we go back to Hvar someday :))

The host hat perfect recommendations and the apartment was cosy, clean and spacious for two. Two terraces were perfect to have breakfast and a little appetitive before going out. The City centre can be easily approached by a walk in like 15 minutes. It is perfect, if you have a car to go to other places on the island.

The walk from town had a lot of stairs but they were worth it once you reached the apartment and had the beautiful view of the sea.

Josipa was great and met us after our ferry arrived in Hvar and drove us to the apartment and showed us around. She was very informative and the place was beautiful especially the terrace with the hot tub. It was very hot so the air conditioning was good and the apartment was well stocked the all the necessities. We would happily stay here again when visiting Hvar!
