Clean, cozy apartment with stylish furniture. Kitchen well supplied with everything we needed. The balcony with full privacy has a nice city and ocean view. There are plenty of towels in the bathroom, shower gels/shampoos etc. Also, the bathroom has a great ocean view, there is a modern washing machine. The internet was fast (26 Mbps), I worked there without problem. Kitchen has a nice small window that allows day light especially in the morning. The location is great: 5 min to supermarket Tommy (where you can buy everything, even beef) and a few minutes to the first beach and to a nice walking path (great for evening walks along restaurants). Quiet area. In front of the house is a bus stop (to Dubrovnik), but you will not hear the buses/cars from the apartment. Even during construction works the apartment was quiet thanks to the double glazed windows that stopped almost all the noise. Only one time there were guests (in the apartment below) that were talking/screaming very loud at 6:30 am (the apartment otherwise is very quiet). The bed is comfortable with thick (firm) double mattress, no sagging. The 1-bedroom is very spacious with doors to every room, great big TV. Mosquito nets in every window. We were very comfortable in this apartment, highly recommended.

It was such a nice property with a free parking, fairly close to old town by car and the owner is so nice. Such a nice view! Worth it for your money. It was a nice touch to have a kitchen stuff.

Its a nice house in the quite neibourhood of Lapad almost 5Kms from the city center. We decided to stay here due to FREE parking which is a big problem in the city. House was neat and clean with a big bed room, well sized living room and a beautiful view from the balcony. Kitchen was small but quite manageable and has everything you need. The host was amazing and made sure you have all what you need for a comfortable stay. Its a must stay if you are coming Dubrovnik for a short vacation.

Checkout time a little too early (10am) 11am would be perfect, which the host gave us the extension.

Great location, free parking, big spacious and clean. Kitchen was small but well stocked. Knife a little blunt and chopping board was flimsy, so we bought one.

it comes with a balcony, breathtaking, can view sunrise (although is a little bit blocked) and sunset if the weather is good and not cloudy. spacious living room although one of the rooms is quite small. landlord is very generous provides us with fragrance coffee powder and all sorts of teabags, thank you so much.

Steps down to the Promenade were comfortable and easy. Just a 5-7 minute walk to the Beach. Sandra is a very nice polite and helpful lady

Absolutely everything was perfect!

This apartment was absolutely perfect! It was clean, well equipped and organized. Close to the bus stop that takes us into the old town and other points of interest. We will never forget our breakfast moments on the gorgeous balcony. Sandra was very lovely and helpful and was always available to answer any questions. We definitely recommend this place, and we plan on returning some day! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay in Sandra's apartment # 1.  Everything in her place is very thoughtful. Every little details made our stay comfortable. The location is close proximity to areas where we wanted to be. Not too far from Old Town and the other little towns. The free parking spot was very much appreciated in a busy city like Dubrovnik. In other times,, we were able to grab a taxi or Uber in front of the house.  There were restaurants nearby. The apartment was on the top floor( only 8 steps to the door🙂)and have the amazing view of the city and Adriatic sea. Both Sandra and his son, Nikola were very thorough and responsive to our queries. I must say our stay was even more pleasant with the great hospitality they have shown to us. The apartment has all the amenities we needed for a long stay; a complete kitchen, with kitchenware & utensils,  the right amount of storage, dining area, living and sitting room. The free coffee and condiments helped us get through the day when we were brazing for our early start of adventure to the city. The patio had sitting spots,perfect for lounging to enjoy the view. The living room has a spacious sitting area with television and center tables. The bedroom was spacious.  Linens were clean. Beds and pillows were comfy.  The bathroom was huge ( you can ballroom dancing inside if you like🙂). It even had washing machine inside, with laundry essentials provided for us such as free detergents, laundry clippers, baskets and clothes line. Right amount of towels for our stay.  Free toiletries etc. This apartment also has air condition which is in our book is must during summer as it can get humid. Thanks Sandra for welcoming us in your apartment! We will come again.

We used Sandra's apartment as a family with 2 kids and found it great place to stay. Sandra is super welcoming and nice person, ready to help you with any concern you have. The communications was really fast at all times. The apartment itself has a spectacular view and balcony can easily become your favorite place. The public beach is a few minutes away with all the restaraunts. We especially liked that the local supermarket was also a few minutes from the apartment as it was very convenient to stock up. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Everything was great.

The apartment was in a great location. It was a 5 minute walk to numerous restaurants and the beach. There was a supermarket 2 minutes away. The parking and washing machine was very useful. We had excellent communication with Sandra, who met us at the house and was available if we needed. It was great staying near the beach.
