Great sea view, good parking, the apartment looks better in reality than the picture and well equipp ed. Robi is a great host.

The view was amazing. No balcony but a big window. The owner was very welcoming and gave nice recommendations where to eat. Good location if you travel by car.

The only problems we had were with finding the place. Google maps is not super precise in the area. Second one was a very steep road which was quite narrow.

You get entire unit for yourself. Very comfortable beds. Ok equiped kitchen. AWESOME view from the window/balcony window. Nice guy who gives keys. Quiet and spacious. There is a place to park you car.

Internet didn't work well.

We stayed here for 5 nights instead of 3 - that's saying a lot :) Our host Robi was great - he gave us the best apartment with a balcony and a great view, he offered us free tickets to the swimming pool in Opatija, he provided free shuttle service from to the bus station in Opatija and to the buses stop at the end of our stay. Offered even more free transfers but we like to walk :) Yes, it takes about 10-15 min to walk to Icici or Ika, but you have to go uphill to get back. The place is very quiet, away from the main road and noise. This apartment has a small kitchenette so we cooked our meals here and enjoyed eating in the balcony. In Icici you will find a shopping center, little bakery in Ika, a beautiful 14 km long seaside promenade with bars and restaurants along the way.

The owners Robi and Ella were kind, caring, peaceful, helpful, attentive, respectful, and generous. They made sure we had everything we needed. We traveled with two babies and we asked many questions and they answered all our questions and helped us with everything. They made our experience wonderful. The room we stayed in had the most spectacular sea view. From the room you could see the ocean, the boats navigate at a distance, and the beautiful scenery of the area. The room had a kitchenette, plenty of utensils, equipment for cooking, and all you could need. Everything was clean and the place is filled with joy, peace, and harmony. I recommend appartmens Kolmanic 100 percent. It exceeded my expectations and I’m sure it will exceed everyone’s as well! God bless this place!

Location is perfect! Somewhere up the hill with excellent view. There is a private parking, the apartment is very well equiped, the host is very nice, he gave us all the detailes that we needed about surroundings, restaurants, routes.

Impresive location, the Host is amazing and helpful, I feel like been with a friend. The beach is near and the view is impressive. 100% Recommended. I will repeat next year but with more days.
