The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was spacious and close to the beach and restaurants. Kids loved the pool.

Completely no Wifi in the room. We didn’t have signal.

Swimming pool, 2sofa beds and big bed, air conditioning,friendly staff. No washing machine but staff offered me to use their washing machine for 5euro. Anyway I didn’t use it.

some kitchen equipment should be replaced/bought (dameged frying pan, only one wine glass, no cutting board) - toilet not very clean, damaged shower doors - bed/sofa could be more comfortable

I was the only guest on the third floor so it was quiet but in case there is more people it would be noisy. There is not elevator. The kitchen was not equipped... I cannot imagine to cook there. And i didn't get any towels.

Private spacy parking, private swimming pool. The room was very nice and modern but quite small ( I was there alone). I felt very safe there. The place is out of the tourist rush. .... I felt like visiting my aunt.

Very slow Internet. The signal of the Wi-Fi is OK, but the speed of the Internet was reeeeeeeeealy slow. Also, some stuff in the bathroom looks a bit outdated and requires some maintenance (eg. water tap).

Great apartments in a calm place managed by a family. Has private parking. Good for families. Nice pool with sunbeds and tables to sit with the family near the pool. Some cold beer and ice-cream offered to purchase at the pool. Picturesque view of the mountains and sunsets from the balcony (apartments nr. 8). About 10 mins to the public beach or a paid with different attractions. About 20 mins to Zadar by car. About 5-7 mins to Plodine super-market by car.

The cleaning, little things before a stay can make a huge difference: spider nets and spider in all corners and under the sofa (we had to open it because we have 2 children and that's how we saw them), the bed had a weird smell like the mattress was never washed or cleaned and all the sweat was dried and sat there, even with two sheets on it you could smell it.

The access to pools, even though we didn't use them and the apartment was well equipped.

check in and check out was super easy. The apartment was very large with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. There was a pool and parking onsite and wifi was provided. Bug repellent was provided which really did work. We will return in the future!

A one misunderstending with hosts on the begining of stay. Apartaments should be more clean and hosts should sometime clean it during stay an fix things like broken light bulbs,hood and very messy AC.

Pool was very nice and clean and we love to play there. Restaurants close to apartament and 5 min walk to beach which is very friendly for childrens. Price of whole stay.

Very poor quality of WIFI signal. Mosquitos. Air conditioning works well only for living room, not enough power for the bedroom.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is cool swimming pool with sunbeds, big umbrellas and tables, so it is possible to spend your time and eat meals outside. Friendly host with excellent English so there was no problem to communicate. Rooms were big enough. Fully equipped kitchens, comfortable beds. The apartments are located around 10 minutes walking distance from the local beach and a private beach (paid) of Zaton Holiday Resort, but we spent most of our time at Nin sandy beaches (10 minutes by car) - in 2021 parking for the whole day costs 30 HRK. A good idea with additional fridges (in the corridor outside the apartment) for each apartment.

The only thing would be the water pressure, and the temperature of the water, but I guess that has to do with the fact our apartment was on the 4th floor. Apart from that, all is good.

The location was excellent, within few mins walk to the beach and the the zaton resort. The apartment was clean, well equipped, good size bedrooms, with aircons. The pool area was lovely and clean, good size adult pool & children pool. The owner was helpful and attentive, communication was excellent throughout.

Aircondition in the rooms are not cooling the space good. Very warm. Even with extra cooling fan.

Great position of property, close to Petrcane and Nin. We were staying in the room in the attic. Possibility to use pool is awesome.

First night was bad - before we found out, that air-condition has no remote control and control is hidden directly on the unit under the cover. AC is working, but only for living room, not enough power for the bedroom. There are a lot of mosquitos and no mosquito nets in the windows - so you have trade of between mosquitos or fresh air in the night. There are 2 mosquitos “killer” with pods, but not working (we had our own one). There are a lot of smashed mosquitos on the walls from people, who let their windows opened in the evening/night...

Close to Nin beaches. Nice view from balcony on the Velebit mountain. Friendly staf. Clean pool (watter not heated).

The offer is misleading. There are pictures above, but the search engine shows a room for 5 people with 2 sofa beds. Outrageous. We had to find new accommodation with 3 children. They do not want to refund the money while admitting that the accommodation is unsuitable for 5 people.

Nothing, everything was great!

Nice and clean appartment. Even if a bit old furnishment, we didnt miss anything. Perfect, clean 2 pools. Nice staff. Close (5 min by walk) to small beach or paid beach resort.

Amazing!!from the hosts to location it is perfect for family holiday.apartment was clean and spacious,lovely pool infront of the door,sandy beach less than 5min walk..perfect! Lovely little town Nin just few kilometres away,with great restaurants and ice cream places. plenty of shops near by as well,it was absolutely lovely.
