It was a very spacious apartment for 5 people. It was very clean and had all the facilities needed for our stay. We had our own private parking free of charge. The owner was very friendly and gave us all the instructions for the house and the city. The location was very good, about 15-20 minutes walk to the historical center.

We spent a family weekend in Dubrovnik and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a very clean, modern and lovely apartment, filled with great facilities, a beautiful terrace and a parking spot. The host, Goranka, was extremely friendly and welcoming and even told us more information about places to visit and eat in Dubrovnik. The check in was easy, there was a supermarket 2 min from the apartment and it was a walking distance from the Old Town. The rooms were spacious and accommodated 5 people very well, and everything like towels, wifi and bed linen was provided. It definitely was a 10/10 from us!

Only the dogs bark in the morning sometimes, but it's not the landlord 's fault.

Supermarket is 2 minutes walk. Facilities are pretty new and clean. Parking place just on the ground, in the front door. You get place to hang up your washed close which is good for a group. The landlord is a nice person, tell us all information about the old town. Walk to town is about 20 minutes , if you don't like to take a walk, Bolt or Uber is convenient,too.

Nothing I didn't like.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was lovely to stay away from the bustle of Old Town. We had a lovely welcome from the host who gave us local tips to save money. The place was fully equipped and spotless. Worth every penny. We loved the ground floor apartment complete with terraced garden filled with citrus trees, plus a balcony area.We will definitely be back.

a bit further out of the old town than I realized but once we figured out how to use the buses, that wasn’t an issue.

Igor welcomed us into the bright, clean apartment with plenty of room for our family of 5. well equipped kitchen (we cooked dinner twice), washing machine available, outside terrace & balcony.

Very clean and organized. Full kitchen , new apliances. Excellent staff and helpful. Bed linen and towels new and scented. Air conditioning new ! I highly recommend.

Only night noise was a neighbours barking dogs which sometimes were quite loud. Unfortunately this is something the host would not be able to do anything about.

Awesome location, walking distance to the old town and walls. Easy bus ride back up the hill. Restaurants and supermarkets also within a five minute walk. The apartment was very spacious for three couples and had a great outdoor balcony. There was adequate parking for two cars. The host provided us with coffee, milk, sugar, washing powder and a few other extras which we really appreciated. The traffic noise others mentioned was there during the day but not at night time so wasn’t a problem

Lovely apartment. A really helpful host explained the best route to the old town as John uses a wheelchair. They even left us a starter supply of coffee, herbs, spices, sugar, etc. The transfer from and to the airport was arranged in advance and worked very well with a friendly helpful drover.

The walk into town is a little frawt as the pavements are so thin. But there is nothing I didn't like about the appartment.

Easy, just whatsapped the owner who sent me very clear instructions on meeting the key holder. We had a small plumbing issue whilst we were there, messaged the owner who sent someone around immediately to fix it - great service!!!
