From the first minutes I enjoyed communication with hosts as they are very pleasant people <3 The apartment is clean, spacious and fully equipped. Location is great: you can reach the nearest beach in 7 minutes, city centre in 20 minutes, the nearest shop in 3 minutes. Private parking spaces are just in front of the building.

Our hosts were very helpful and friendly, the cleanest apartment we've ever stayed in. Highly recommended. ETA: the property is right near the bus station and a large Spar Market. One can walk to the Kolovare beach and Old Town is a 30-minute walk. Don't miss the Sea Organ and sunsets.

We arrived Zadar a bit earlier, called the host on the same day to ask if we can check in earlier and they agreed! Very nice people! The location was perfect, in front of the station there's a shortcut about 5 min. Supermarkt nearby. The house is very clean. The apartment has everything we need and it is isolated very well. Very quiet with nature and cool temperature.

Northing as we had a good stay

The owner was very helpful on our arrival. The location near the bus station was ideal for us but it was also a pleasant walk into town. Restaurants and bars close by. The apartment was clean and tidy spacious with all facilities and sunny balcony.

It’s quite a walk to the old town and to reach the sea organ but walking is pretty safe in Croatia. Note that they don’t have shower gels so you might have to bring your own. The owner was kind enough to lend me what they have. Towels also are a bit old and probably need an upgrade.

Surprisingly spacious, esp the living area. Easy walk from the bus station and close to the beach, which is nice to go to for a swim on a hot day. Flexible with early check in.

Well set up studio, big bathroom and shower and it was great to be so close to the bus station. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing bothered us, the way the lady welcomed us. We were exhausted after a long trip and trying to find the entry and the lady reaponded very poorly. This was not a warm welcome, she should learn that the world does not go according to her rule.

The location and the facilities of the room is top notch. The room is sqeaky clean and we are very comfortable.

It would be nice if there is a little shelf in the bathroom for placing the shampoo and shower gel. And it would be more convenient if there are some hooks for hanging the clothes inside the bathroom.

The host is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and with kitchen equipment. Wonderful that we can wash clothes during the long trips. These are really important facilities. The host is nice that she borrows a hanger for us.

Area can be improved because there is lots of real estate, but requires serious investment.

I didn’t really know how to check in. We thought we just walked into a random persons house, but it turned out to be right.

Couldn't fault it

Everything! Bed/shower/Pillows/location. Owners lovely. Beach 5 mins walk! Bus stops 5 mins. Local restaurant realky good. What can i say wonderful

The property was great. The thing I didn’t like in general in Zadar is that the accommodation is pricey. More expensive than in Rome.

The lady who hosted us was really nice and friendly. The apartment was spacious and only 6min away from the beach.

Large, modern apartment in excellent location with parking. Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. Friendly hosts. Good wi-fi. Quiet. Close to bakery, McDonalds, Bus Station, and Beach. $5 Uber to Old Town or 30 minute walk.
