We went in a group of 7 and were split into 3 rooms (2 double bed rooms and a room with 3 single beds and a kitchenette) they were all on the ground floor however they were not adjoining and there was another apartment that was rented out in between us, we didn’t really mind but it may be an issue for families

Very pretty, rustic, colourful garden and views. Only 10/15 minute (downhill) walk to the shop, beach and port. The couple who own the building are lovely and potter around the property, they don’t have much English but are so nice they gave us some of their homegrown tomatoes!

Poor facilities. No cutting knives. Only one bin bag. Two forks in a 4-person apartment. Only one toilet roll. Good as a base to stay but not great for cooking in or much else. Friendly hosts and comfy beds, and a nice balcony.

we tried to call our host before our arrival and it was not possible to understand each other because she didn’t speak English, we wrote her a message but had not any answer. We were welcomed by our host but didn’t see her until the end of our journey. The place was appreciable but very dirty, particularly the bathroom. The fan wasn’t working and it was very hot in there.

The room was about 20 min from the city center in a calm place. even if there was no kitchen, we got a fridge, which was appreciable with the hot temperatures.

The only point is that the air conditioned is placed in the corridor and not inside the rooms therefore the days where the temperature went really high the temperature in the rooms were not really comfortable.

The place fulfilled all the needs when visiting Hvar. The apartment is large, all equiped and the location is quite fair with quick access to the beach and walking distance to the city center.

We arrived there at 2pm and rang the bell, knocked the door but no one came to welcome us Waited for about an hour! Under the scorching sun emailing them and calling them. Finally we saw the owner came out to check their laundry on balcony, that’s when we managed to get their attention. I couldn’t speak Croatian and they couldn’t speak any English. I tried using google translate telling them we have a booking here; showed them the booking confirmation and the owner still didn’t let us in. She was saying something about 3 nights minimum stay limit or something like that, but in anycase the booking was confirmed days ago! Anyways after long argument they let us stay there but we felt very unwelcome!

The furniture in general it's a bit old, as well as the bathroom. Also, if you are planning to get any work done, there is no WiFi in the room we were in, so take that into account.

Good value for your money, room is spacious and comfortable with it's own bathroom.

The place was what I was expecting, 2 rooms and A/C, Terrance and some.views. location is fine, 10-15 min from the Port and 10-15 from a really nice beach. And 25 min away from the best beach I have seen in the area without picking a boat "Robinson". The owners were very nice but they don't speak English, a bit challenging the communication.

The Air Conditioning is located at the entrance of the apartment so the rooms have no direct air, it's hot during summer nights. The hosts talk no english but it was not really a problem.

The apartment is big, clean and well equiped. Locations is good, even it's not at the main center of Hvar it's just 15 minutes walking from there and very close to some beaches.

It wasn’t very clean, although the bedsheets a towels where clean. Used plaster on the floor (that weren’t ours). Grim shower curtain Couldn’t wash or brush your teeth very well because the two sticks so far our. Shower was hand held Smelly fridge Dining chairs for garden furniture No bathroom light When you flush the loo water went everywhere Bathroom flooded after a shower

Property without facilities. No air conditioner, just fan which even wasn’t working at the beginning. After several tries it started spinning so we didn’t turn it off, were afraid it won’t turn on one more time. And it was dirty and noisy. Wifi router is so far away you wont have any signal. Owner woman showed corner outside the house under the stairs where we potentially could use wifi. But it wasn’t available in the room so I assume there is no wifi. No kitchen, even a kettle We tried to ask a cup of water- they refused. And nobody knows english. So you wan’t be able to ask anything normally. I’m highlighting all this cause it was in the property facilities, but its a scam.

Location is ok. 10 minutes from the beach (a lot of stair but thats ok) 20 minutes from city center. Private parking.

This is the worst place. This is not an apartment. Wi-Fi is not working, air conditioning is not working, towels and furniture are old and worn. Bathroom and kitchen are terrible. We didn't spend our time there, we rented another apartment

WiFi conection is very low

They are very kind. We didn't know that there is no kitchen in our apartmant. Thus, they gave us other apartmant where we were using kitchen and wifi.
