We were lacking some basic facilities like shower gel/hair shampoo, that's just a nice bonus. No kettle to boil water in but pots make up for that.

The facilities are new and in good shape as well as comfortable (bed, seating area around the table. The location is INSANE! We were in the second row of houses and it still felt like right by the beach. Decent restaurant is in walking distance (towards Novigrad), you can easily walk into the centre of Novigrad too, just takes longer. The beach isn't sandy but perfectly fine to walk in and take a dip or simply beach comb.

The photos suggested a view of the sea, unfortunately, this was not the case. The cottages are very tightly spaced. Across the street there were loud parties late at night, did not allow us to sleep, no one responded. There was an unpleasant smell outside.

Cottages by the sea is the biggest advantage. The surroundings are also ok. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is very small, but sufficient for us and clean.

The apartment we got had two tiny rooms, with single beds. The 4 of us were cramped in there. Good luck if you turn around in the shower.

The location is the best thing about this place. You're right next to the beach. It's peaceful and calm.

Although the apartment was dog friendly but dogs are not allowed on the beach which is not ideal. The nearest dog beach is 1.2km though.

The kitchen equipment needs a little improvement, because the pan couldnt be used on the induction hob, and without a microwave it was uncomfortable to heat the milk for our instant coffe.

Location was perfect, the beach was not busy at all, the water was clear :) The apartment was like new, overall I liked it.

We were a group of 4, 3 adults and 1 kid(5y old), staying for one night. While booking the property, it said that the house is just for 2 adults and 1 kid- so we booked 2x “One bedroom “ apartments. When we arrived, we paid at the reception, got the keys and went to the apartments, seeing there, that there is actually enough place for all four of us in only one apartment, there were two bedrooms inside one apartment - four beds, four sheets and everything, not just one bedroom as stated when booking. We went back to the reception, saying that we only need one apartment and that there is more than enough space for all of us, and that we now actually paid twice more than it was necessery and why was it stated that the apartment only has one bedroom, while obviously has two and we now have space for 8 persons, needing only for 4. The answer was, that this is how it is and that the guests who are staying only for one night are complaining the most. We werent complaining over the apartments, which were nice and clean, we complained over beeing scamed and paying unnecesery double amount.

Location is directly by the beach, free parking was also on the site. The apartments were clean and comfy with nice big porch outside.

The refrigerator was a bit too small.

The bungalow was very clean. It had everything that was promised. It was comfortable for our group. The terrace was exceptional; plenty of shadow and a superb view over the sea. Close to the beach with easy access to the sea. Great surrounding with many pine trees, a lot of options for walking and running.

Modern prices in Croatia are quite high and the WiFi wasn't great. Everything else was great though.

Friendly, helpful people on staff. Perfect location right on the beach, the cafe bar adds a lot to the experience, the miniapartments are clean, modern and nice to stay in. The grounds are nice, the beach is great for families.

Wifi was almost unusable. The apartments are very close to each other. For two days, we had a neighbor who was constantly smoking on the terrace and it was very uncomfortable

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and met everything that was offered and what we needed. The whole place was very nice, a short walk to the sea and we really enjoyed our stay.

Only relevant when booking the whole house (30 m²): the air conditioner is installed in a way so it doesn't cool all the rooms but only the main bedroom. So it is impossible to sleep in the other room with bunk beads when the temperatures outside are too hight (for example 36 °C or more). Regarding to the rude/unprofessional replay from the Apartments Erica Lux on 22.7.23 that the rooms can't be cooled if the windows are opened - yes, I had to open the window in the room with bunk beds during the afternoon/night so that temperature was lowered a bit. With the windows closed and air conditioning running in the other room, the temperature in the bedroom with the bunk beds wasn't lowered enough. I it just not practical to lower te temps to 20 °C in the other room, so I get the temps under 30 °C in the other room.
