Just needed slightly thicker curtains as the room was very bright, but not the end of the world

I loved this apartment, it was so clean & cosy with plenty of space. I absolutely loved the shower, it was massive. The bathroom was spacious & easy for 2 people to get ready at once. The host was really friendly & let us keep our bags there after we checked out, before we got our ferry.

A bit of noise from the staircase and other rooms. 0930 checkout (although you can store your bags downstairs).

Big room. Ok bed, bathroom and WiFi. Decent aircon. Three minutes walk from the ferry. Reasonable value.

Our stay at Barba Ana was great! It was a close walk to the beach, the bay, restaurants. The room was super nice, and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay of 4 nights.They provided beach towels for beach day. I would recommend this hotel/room!! Friendly and very nice room!

A blanket. Just had a thin sheet, though the weather was warm.

Very clean, super location near the ferry landing. Just a few steps off the main waterfront. Strong air conditioning - needed in August. We were on the 3rd floor so a bit of stairs to the room. The owner/manager was on the 3rd floor too. Very nice and friendly gentleman. They offer beach towels if you venture a dip in the Adriatic. Very reasonable prices, one third of Split. Ferry times are limited to Vis so plan ahead. The fast catamaran only departs Vis at 7am. Don’t be late as they depart at 7am sharp.

Bed was very comfortable. Host was very good at communicating with us and directed us to our room. The air conditioning worked fantastic and this was probably the nicest bathroom we've had. The water pressure and shower were amazing.

The bed was a little firm .

The property was modern and clean.It was close to the ferry port ,restaurants etc so it was very conveniemt.

As we stayed 5 nights we could have done with some plates/glasses/ utensils. But having said that, I’m sure if we’d have asked marko, he would have said no problem and provided us with everything we asked for!

Close to the lovely beach, ferry terminal and a great walk along the waterside to the rest of the town. Marko was so kind going the extra mile. Everything was no problem. Loved that we could use his beach towels and the bathroom was fabulous. Beds really comfy. Top notch.

We enjoyed our stay at Barba Ante's room. Host Marko was very welcoming and friendly. He offered us with additional towels, drying room, anything that we needed. Room 5 was very clean and spacious. AC and WiFi working well. We highly recommend it!

Marko is amazing host, he was was so communicative and welcoming. Our room was incredibly spacious and it seems like it has been recently renovated. Everything was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The location is really convenient, perfect for exploring Vis. Barba Ante exceeded our expectations and if we're in Vis again we'll be staying here!

We loved this place! It was one of our favorites. Such a nice bathroom and bedroom with new accommodations. Great Location and the host was amazing. He walked us over to the moped shop to get us all set up and let us store our stuff with him until our ferry left 10/10 recommend!

Just two small details: there was no bin bag in the bathroom trashcan. It was pretty hard to put the knob-switch in the shower (which operates the waterflow to the tap or the showerhead) on "shower mode" because it often fell back in "tap mode". One more last thing: the mattress was a bit hard, but I think that it also a matter of preferance because I like it when my matress is soft, while others don't. I nevertheless slept great. But these are really just small details that are a easy-fix.

The room was extremely clean and everything was well made. It smelt nice and you could tell that the host really put hard work in it. The host was also waiting for me when I got down from the ferry and he showed me the room immediately. He was really friendly and helpfull.
