Room is very small, furniture in the rooms is old. The hotel is more 3 stars than 4.

Sadly there was a bunch of kids training handball staying at the same time. The noise they made until midnight was unbearable. Some walls need new painting.

The rooms need renovation. They are not suitable for a 4-star hotel.

The dinner dishes were decent, but the drinks included were watered down fruit juices which took away the taste of the food. The dining room staff was not very friendly: they turned off the lights in the room just 10 minutes before dinner was closing.

I accepted a disabled room so that I could be on the same floor as my daughters room, but the bathroom shower flooded the bathroom and was very dangerous for me at 74 years. I should have changed the room, I’m sure the hotel would have obliged but we were on a very busy business trip and we didn’t have time to mess about.

The rooms were nice but the bathroom looks a bit outdated however clean and functioning (!) The balcony view was poor, basically none, only stones and concrete on the lower roof but OK, I wasn´t there for the view this time. I was missing TV remote in the room and bar was empty, which I didn´t mind and TV remote was received immediately upon request (!) But what I wasn´t happy about was the breakfast package I asked for because I was leaving very early. Although the restaurant had abundant choice for breakfast as well as dinner, I received only a basic moist baguette with mayo, cheese, ham and lettuce, which I ate only partially :( then some dried plums (yum), drinks and a rotten apple (really). I think the hotel could do much better! They could have a list of choice for guest to tick (like - preferred spread (butter/mayo/hummus or egg spread), types of fruit, drink and a piece of cake or something etc. I basically didn´t eat anything from the package. And I´m sure that the cost for breakfast is quite high. I was disappointed.

I liked the overall stay, modern look of reception, bar, restaurant and other places and services. Clean room and bedding, white towels (which I really like), room cleaning service, perfect cuisine and variety of choice. Everyday fish for dinner. Although the situation of the hotel is far from Poreč center, there is a tourist train for a reasonable price. The receptionist was very nice, polite and helpful. I liked the pillows, prefer not to hard.

Noise isolation in rooms could be better.

Overall, my experience was very good and pleasant. I really liked the approach Filip from reception had and 2 cleaning ladies on the 4th floor. Bar tenders were below the level you expect in 4 star hotel. Nothing really bad happened, but they can improve on basics (bring water with coffee, ask do you want something if you sit in the lobby, etc)

I was sorry that our stay was so short.

I loved the Maro Club and all the playrooms.The animation programs and the staff who took care of children and were preparing the everyday program was excellent and helpfull.Also the outdoor pool with the restaurant were amazing.

the toilet flushes and shower areas in the swimming pool needs renovation..

everything was well organized especially for families. lots of things to do for kids and parents get time for themselves. Both the breakfast and the dinner was fabulous with loads of options..

the rooms need a little modernization. the pool is a little small for so many guests. i would add some water games for the kids
