The check-in process was very long, I think it took 20 minutes for the front service employee to check in the people in front of me and no other colleagues came in the meantime.

Very good location close to the beach, decent all-inclusive offer, overall clean and spacious in public spaces. Well worth the money paid. Be aware though that there are a lot of tourist groups and also groups of kids, kind of like a summer camp, hanging around the hallways

When I was saying there lots of kids running in hallway. But, they quiet down later in evening. Rooms need a refreshing paint job Mass cooking so bit overcooked and bland.

The accommodation exceeded my expactations. Although the hotel is older and needs renovation, it has excellent location right by the beach. Bus station to the city centre is 5 minutes from the hotel. The room was cleand with comfortable bed, the food was good. The staff is very nice and helpful. In general you get a lot for a lower price.

Huge delay of check - in and out of season nothing interesting to do in the area. Poor coffee from machine - both during the meals and between.

I liked location - away of city center, with a sea view - good opportunity to rest and relax. But if you like city lights - may be not the right place for you. I did enjoy the meals - a lot of variety of food and drinks. Room was a bit outdated, but I did like the style. Some refubrishement could be done.

The offer of drinks in the All inclusive option is very bad. Juices, coffee and alcohol are of very poor quality. It would be better to raise the price of the stay per person by EUR 5 and offer quality drinks. This is very poor. With a little effort and a little investment, the hotel could be fully accessible for people with disabilities. Now it's not. I recommend people in wheelchairs to go to this hotel only if they have a very good escort!

Lunch is a bit weaker, but the offer for breakfast and dinner is great! You can leave your car in the shade near the reception. The furniture in the rooms and the lobby of the hotel is modest. All in all, excellent value for money. The sea view is the most beautiful of all. I would have a hard time deciding whether it is more beautiful in the morning or at dusk. And yes... is there anything more beautiful than being woken up in the morning by the sound of sea waves and seagulls?!

I am generally satisfied, maybe the communal area's toilets are always in underfloor,,no lift ,someone with legpains is hard to use it. ( lunge, restaurant ).

It is a bit far from the old town but still had a nice location on the beach.

Scenery was lovely, staff were great. Room was above expectations. Food wasn’t amazing but you get what you pay for and therefore was happy with the meals

A swimming pool with heated sea water would be great. No live music.

All inclusive! Every time we could find a meal suitable for us. We prefer fish and we got it. Also there were different fruit and cakes.

The restaurant with different types of dishes. With 'all inclusive' offer, we were able to taste all those dishes.

For an all inclusive the restaurant and bar services closes rather early. Dinner ends at 8 pm and the bar at 10:00 pm. The facilities are dated and a bit rundown.

Big room (with kitchenette, even though it is an all-inclusive). Free Parking. All inclusive. We arrived late and the restaurant was already closed, so we missed dinner. However, the lady at the reception had requested a dinner box for us. Wide variety of options for breakfast. Next to the sea.

They should have told me about the room change as i would have not notice until i saw the newer room that i had orgianlly booked. Not a big deal though

The room initially that i was given was not the exact one till i reallise the next day. When inquired to trnasfer me to a different room the recpetionist was polite to do so which was the one i booked according to the pics. The place was ok and the food actually was good. Overally the hotel and the location was good. The sea infront had many fish if you are a person who would like to snokerl. Revomend for a short trip but not more as you will get bored.

It's a bit old fashion the hotel.

Nice meals, nice bed, nice room size. Very good place to rest. The location is also great and there are plenty of place to rest in the sun. I would recomend with you want to relax and have nice meals.

All was good!

Service was excellent…… people friendly….. nice time and entertainment evening time. There was no need to go anywhere from hotel property. Pool and. Beach area was excellent .
