The hosts are very friendly and speak German very well. The breakfast is rich and it tastes twice as good on the beautiful terrace. Our room was very clean but a little smaller than expected. The location is very quiet. Villa Terezija provides private parking spaces two minutes away. It takes five minutes to walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the "party mile" of Baska, and 20 minutes to the old town and the port. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the steeper, craggy hills left and right of Baska, we hiked there twice.

Nothing, great value for money.

Great family run B&B. The hosts are very sweet and helpful. They are working around the clock to make sure you have a nice stay. The rooms are way bigger than expected and get cleaned daily. The breakfast was amazing, they even baked something without walnuts for me because of my allergies. Thank you for everything. ps. Definitely check out Cin Cin Aperitivo bar for the best Cocktails in Baska.

If I had to find an improvement point, it would be the breakfast. Products are good but it may be worth having a better selection of products, including croissants, and more types of coffee.

Our stay was really lovely. The room was big enough for two people. Everything was very clean and pretty new. The position is good to reach many beaches in the area, either by foot or by car. The car can be left close to the hotel for free.

Owner was wonderful. Initially was put in a room with a terrace / balcony but we actually reserved a room with no terrace / balcony. Staff helped up move to the room we reserved. We were able to use the common terrace area where we listened to music, danced & drank wine.

The room was big and splendidly cleaned. Breakfast had many options and was very tasty. The staff was spectacular and incredibly nice, the host was talkative and recommended many restaurants and clubs to visit. 10/10, we would gladly return!!

Beautiful ambience, room clean, tidy and beautiful as the whole Pansion. The owner is extremely kind and accommodating, she did everything to make us feel at home together with the rest of the staff. The owner was super nice! She gave us recommendations where to eat and where to go. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed (hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, a small fridge, enough space for all the luggage, extra pillows, extra blanket, very modern clean and nice shower). The parking was included and the parking space was very close to the apartment. The beach was just 5 minutes away. The breakfast had everything you could wish for: bread, salami, ham, cheese, butter, Nutella, honey, jam, orange juice, coffee, tea, fruits. You could even get eggs if you wanted. Definitely enough to get your belly full! We would recommend it to everyone who wants to see Baska!

The rooms wasn't cleaned or the sheets changed while we stayed there for 2 nights. Also the sounds from other rooms and from the hallway could be heard quite clearly.

Breakfast was good. I maybe would've liked a little more variation in it. The staff was very friendly and we were always met with a happy smile. The location was great if you like a little peace, but still the beach was very close by.

The breakfast would have been better. Besides the coffee machine was broken (not of course crew’s fault) we still missed croissant, toasted bread and sweets in general.

We we staying in a room with no balcony and really missed a place where to dry beach stuff. Ventilation in a bathroom was very weak or non existing. Option to pay with card did not work so we had to pay in cash, which was not convenient getting kunas from atm as exchange rates are bad.

The staff was excellent and gave lovely recommendations for restaurant. Nice, modern rooms, breakfast, terasse. The surroundings of the hotel.
