Great location! Comfortable. Super friendly host who made sure we had all we needed. She personally walked us to apartment and showed us everything and explained the work they had done on updating the historic building.

Cooking in the apartment was a little challenging due to the shortage of some utensils.

Only complaint is payment must be made in cash, so it was a bit of a hassle making that work.

Mirela was fantastic! Very helpful, made sure we had everything we needed, even treated us to a bottle of wine for the adults and soft drinks for the kids. Location is steps from the Diocletian Palace. Roomy and comfortable, with 2 bathrooms.

Location was excellent in the old city and the bedrooms were very well soundproofed which was great given that there was a loud bar two floors below. Mirela was a lovely host, the apartment was very clean and we’d highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location, fantastic property. What made this place stand out was our hostess, Mirela. She had cold beers and water for us upon arrival, along with all the food/drink essentials you could hope for in the cupboards). You were amazing, thank you for a great stay!

Lovely apartment with air con throughout. Mirela was a great host and available anytime. Right in the centre of the old town and close to everything. Lots of restaurants to choose from. There is a lively popular bar very close but once inside the apartment you're not disturbed. Beach towels included. Highly recommend along with Booker Agency for any trips. We went to Krka Waterfalls, boat trip and wine tasting - excellent!

Mirela and Ivica’s apartment is in an AMAZING location inside the palace walls of Split. It is so very convenient for touring Diocletian’s Palace, the Riva Promenade, Marjan Hill, and so much more. Mirela and Ivica are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout our stay. They really went out of their way to be sure we were comfortable. The window shutters blocked out the sunlight so much so that, combined with the stone walls, make the apartment feel like a cozy little fortress. All of the above said, though, when you stay here, you must remember that you are in the city. So, there is city noise. We barely heard anything with the A/C units on, but Split is a lively and fun place. So, be prepared for some noises here and there. All in all, though, we had an amazing time in the city, and San Giovanni apartment was a great base for exploring.

Myself and 3 friends had a wonderful stay in this comfortable and convenient apartment. Another bonus is the adjacent apartment that could be used for future visits with,Argentine groups. I would not hesitate to book again.

We loved everything but the mattresses were a little soft for us, personally but this didn’t distract from our great stay.

Location!! This apartment is in the middle of the Old Town and everything is close to you. Cafes downstairs to sit in the square and enjoy a coffee and watch Old Town Split wake up, amazing! The air conditioning was wonderful, made our stay so comfortable and having two bathrooms with 4 people was great. The apartment kept all the balance of its historical beginnings and modern day requirements. Mirela was a beautiful host and so lovely to us. Mirela offered her availability to assist us at any time and was very easy to communicate with, a delightful person.

The accommodation was perfect but trying to find a parking space in the vicinity was a nightmare.

The accommodation was in the heart of Split, in among the bars restaurants and shops, but it wasn’t noisy in the evenings. Mirela was an amazing host, she couldn’t have been more helpful and informative.
