We received adjacent rooms only after the third request; we changed rooms twice because the rooms offered had worn out seats, torn wallpaper and the smell of cigarettes. This hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, in our opinion.

I like the hotel and especially hotel's staff - they are very professional. Rooms are clean and the pool is a nice addition. Would recommend a stay over other hotels in Zagreb. Breakfast is very good as well.

Well, the price of a room was a little more than I used to, but that was expected, regarding what a fine establishment this is!

Excepcionally luxurious room, with the greatest and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! But the pinnacle was breakfast, seldom I had such versatile and well prepared food in my life!

The rooms are still ok but they need some refurbishment to be on the same level as other Sheraton Hotels in Europe. However, I would like to highlight that the bed was very comfortable.

They need to check their hairdryers, as ours had some issues.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and we had a great rest, the staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was amazing and also had halal options. The hotel is on a great location, and we enjoyed our short walks around the city. All in all: we enjoyed our stay in city center of Zagreb 💙

Very nicely furbished apartment (superior room) car parking is available, good breakfast received in a basket in the morning with coffee. I selected the location because I had business close by.

Strangely they never cleared away our dirty glasses that we had used, or brought fresh ones. They also didn't replenish the tea we used so twice we had to go and ask for more. Given that everything else was so good, it was a strange thing for them to just not do, especially for a high-end hotel.

lovely hotel, the staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The room had 2 good size beds in rather than the 2 singles you usually get in a twin. Plenty of room for our cases/bags and a wardrobe with proepr hangers in! There was also a small fridge in the room. The shower was nice too! It was my friends' birthday while we were there and they left a cake and bottle of wine in our room for her. Every morning we had a free bottle of water each. Although it was a little bit out of the city centre, there were tram stops very close so travel was easy. The bar area was nice also, we had cocktails and brunch on our last day. I didn't use the pool or sauna personally but my friend did and she enjoyed those too.

Rooms a bit outdated and pool a bit small for a hotel of this size, when there are 4 persons inside, that's maximum capacity. But in overall, amazing hotel.

Superb location with all attractions close by, we loved that there was cinema just next door. Garage was spacious and clean, and very reasonably priced for hotel guests. Our room was very comfortable and nice, altough it could use some update. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in a hotel. Wellness is quite small, but very clean and well maintened. Two saunas and a small pool, warm water, we loved it. Staff was great, helpful and friendly. We also ate at the bar close to the reception and loved it as well.

Construction site both sides of the hotel. Heavy machinery Jack-hammering from 7.30am until 8pm at night.

The room was great and the windows opened to allow fresh air in.

The room starts to show some signs of age, and there was some shoddy maintenance in the bathroom, sliding doors that violently bang into the mantel when closed for example.

Perfectly adequate hotel in a good location. Everything you would expect from a hotel of this category from staff, service, room size, amenities. There is also a lovely indoor swimming pool.

the hotel is well organised to cover our needs. friendly staff , nice lobby bar, well equipped gym and clean sauna section. i didn't have breakfast or dinner. it's about 10 minutes walk to the main square.
