Luca was amazing! He was friendly, professional and bent over backwards to be helpful. When we first arrived, we called him and he immediately came to meet us to show us where to park then brought us along with all our luggage back to the hotel. Upon arrival, he brought all of our luggage to our room. After that he served us fresh ice tea while he checked us in. He provided restaurant suggestions and mapped out highlights.

Wonderfull boutique hotel in unique setting. Located in Rovign old town, preserved authentic style with touch of luxury design. All rooms are unique and come with extraordinary craftsmen interior details and sublime finish. You can tell that every little detail was thought of and done with passion. Breakfast is absolutely perfect, good quality selection of food and home made bread and cakes

Having to leave after just one night...

What an amazing find - this boutique hotel is tucked away a few short blocks from the center of Rovinj and is just an amazing place. Our ground-floor room was fabulous, with a semi-outdoor seating area coupled with an outdoor terrace, comfortable beds, a top-notch breakfast, and the most welcoming staff. The owner/designer spared nothing in the creation of the hotel, making excellent use of every space available. Be sure to stand in awe of the wine cellar that's built into an ancient cistern. Really.

Recently we had the pleasure of Staying at Spirito Santo hotel and we can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Everything from the warm welcome to immaculate accomodation, thoughtful touches and delicious breakfast was superb. We had the best time!

There are lots of doors and steps to navigate.

Great location for this maze of glass and marble. Staff was exceptional, helpful and professional. Breakfast was extraordinary, many choices served to order. Room was very comfortable and well appointed.

Our room was a bit difficult for us to negotiate, because of multiple levels and obstacles, due to the renovation in an old historic building. The hotel staff were very helpful in addressing our concerns.

The only small issue we had was the noise level. We were in the top suite and could hear the kitchen staff getting ready for breakfast quite clearly. Not sure how much sound proofing could be added at this stage but if you are a light sleeper in the early morning - it’s worth noting.

The property is a precious little jewel box - small and compact but every detail has been considered. The staff are wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful with a vaulted ceiling and very comfortable bed, the location was great and the breakfast was nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit to Rovinj.

We would have liked blinds in our room as there was quite a lot of street light that came in over night. It didn’t spoil our stay though.

Unique boutique hotel on quite and quaint street. The staff is unbelievable, such hospitality 24/7. One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed, 15/10 would recommend!

Really friendly and helpful staff, in a beautiful little hotel, full of interesting rooms and spaces. We really enjoyed the selection of food at breakfast, which was of excellent quality. Housekeeping was of the highest order. We'd definitely return if we were to visit Rovinj again. Particularly enjoyed being serenaded by guitarist at breakfast one day. Much nicer than . ..

Perfect location in beautiful Rovinj. The hotel is an old Palazzo that has been converted into a boutique hotel. Great design features everywhere, and very smart use of space in such an old building. Breakfast was great and staff fantastic.
