The house is comfortable, clean. With a beautiful terrace. 4 adults and 2 children were very comfortable.

The lack of cleaning supplies in our unit. Having a tea towel, a cloth to wash benches and possibly some dishwshing liquid would have been very useful. Coming from NZ these are items were not in our suitcases. Closing the swimming pool at 6.00 pm was bit early for us.

The location was great. I also like the way the resort was set up in little communities. Even though it was reasonably busy when we were there, it never felt crowded.

The location was really nice. Next to the beach. Accommodation was clean and had all the things we wanted. Our daughter(7 years old) really enjoyed the activities planned for the children.

Grossly overpriced in the main season, also no sea-view from the mobile house. The spa is not included in the price.

Superb location of camp, very clean, spacious mobile house and great value with the Czech agency in the pre-season. The pool area and spa are a plus.

unresponsive owner (not Valamar owned apparently), didn't speak Croatian or German or barely English (very basic) so we barely got a few info we needed from them through hand gestures

the staff that rents this was very unresponsive and we couldn't reach them at all. we tried phone, email & booking contacts. so all info we got was just by reviews or "let's hope for the best". if it wasn't for the Valamar staff I'd be very annoyed so they saved everything. the staff at Valmar were always friendly, helpful and kind.

The buildings for getting your clothes washed was not easy to find even with the map. They need to put bigger or color code signs for public areas like toilets, washing machines/dryers, etc. The supermarket could be bigger and offer more choices.

The location, facilities, cleanliness, choice of food (restaurants, bakeries, wine bar etc.) were excellent.

The staff that works in the reception was really rude, and there is no option to contact them by phone if you have any questions. Parking is really bad, in the afternoon it is hard to find any. They allow everyone to park in the spaces for the disabled and also in the ones that are for charging electric vehicles. If you want to use them you will be charged a fixed price of 30 euros, no matter how much electricity you spend, which makes no sense, and you will have to ask for info usually a couple of times since most of the employees are not interested in helping out and there is no info on the chargers themselves.

The accommodation is good, we liked that there is a large number of activities, especially for the children.

Next to us, they were building another Mobile Homes, so we had to listen every day to the ongoing construction

Our mobile home was located just next to the construction site. There was lot of nouise in the morning so we requested an another house. House we got was also near the working zone, but fortunately not the first one next to the zone of works. There are contruction works inside the camp in month of May which is not acceptable.

Victoria offering is not on the Valamar level and therefore this is not 5 star experience. We booked Valamar properties in the past and we expected the same experience. Unfortunately you will not get the soap, dishwasher utility, candles, creams not talking about worn out bed sheets, 150 EUR cash guarantee transaction and poor hygiene of the whole appartment.

Location close to the beach but unfortunately in this period construction works 10m away made it not so appealing.

Staff (aside from reception) were particularly unfriendly. The couple manning the ice cream/coffee/crepe bar were down right rude. Our villa was next to a building site and so noise was a problem most of the day. We were in villa f84 beside the sea, however the view was obscured by a large, broken fence. Other guests used the gap in the fence to reach the beach and so folk were constantly wandering right in front of our outdoor area. On arrival, a young lady met us at the villa and requested a €150 deposit. We didn’t have Euros (we were in Croatia, and we live in Scotland)! She seemed surprised. We ended up handing over most of the Kuna that we had left for our holiday to satisfy this deposit. We had received no prior warning that a deposit was required. Ants were a problem in the villa. We were only there for 3 days, but if we’d been there longer we would’ve had to have requested that someone sort out the ant issue. We have lived in Australia for many years and so we are not overly stressed about ants…but I’d imagine some folk would be upset. The pool and flumes had just opened. They were freezing. The park is expensive. Anything extra (mini golf/bikes/kayaks etc) all incur a charge…and it’s not cheap!

Parts of the park (away from where our villa) had lovely views.
