The view is stunning, you can see the whole old town from above. The place is cozy and very clean. I wouldn't recommend for people with disabilities. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!!

Everything was perfect!

My stay at Villa Kosović was simply perfect! The hosts are very nice, gave me a very warm welcome and took a lot of time to explain everything to me. The flat had everything I needed: Bathroom, bedroom and a large living and dining area with kitchen and a balcony with a fantastic view of the old town of Dubrovnik. The accommodation is located above the old town and there are many stairs to climb. For this reason, I would not recommend the accommodation to anyone who has problems walking, but otherwise the accommodation is highly recommended. My stay was perfect, I felt very comfortable and had a really great time. If I come back, I will definitely choose Villa Kosović again and I will recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances. Price-performance ratio is TOP!

There was nothing at all.

We loved the view from our Villa and that we had a living area and kitchen. We also had a laundry which was wonderful to have when travelling. Our Hosts were wonderful people who helped us in the second week of our stay as I fell & fractured my foot. Risto took me to & from hospital & his wife was very kind cooking some scrumptious deserts. Thank you so much 😊

the location was brilliant, fabulous views of the old town, which you could walk down to easily in around 15 minutes. The bed was super comfy and hot water was plentiful. The view from the balcony was amazing of the old town and the sea - just beautiful.

The warmth, friendliness and professionalism of the host, Risto. The location and massive space and cleanliness of the apartment. Also the complete cleaning materials from kitchen, dining to toiletries were amazing and it really made our stay easy. The comfortable bedroom.

The apartment faces the old city and the sea. The view is beautiful. The house owner couple are lovely and helpful who helped us to find a good taxi driver to take us to the airport early in the morning. But you need to be able to climb steps.

I absolutely love this place!! I was already happy when I arrived in Dubrovnik, and I became even happier, when I arrived at the apartment. The hosts are so welcoming, kind, and ready to help their guests with the warmest heart. I could see that they love what they do. The apartment is super clean, and the view from the balcony is just breathtaking. I was so lucky I found this accommodation. The way to the apartment from Dubrovnik Downtown might be a bit "challenging" though, with some stairs and slopes, but after all it was not a big deal at all because it's totally worth it and I somehow got used to it :D Made my stay in Dubrovnik even more special :) Hvala!!

Nothing, this is such an AMAZING place to stay. Can't recommend it enough!

The owners are the nicest people ever! They are an older couple and they were beyond friendly. They offered tondo my laundry for me, I declined because I didn't want to bother them with my chores but there was a laundry machine in my apartment so I managed to do my laundry. The view is insane!!! Everything was super clean and I just felt like I was staying at a relative's place. I was so comfortable there! The location is also very convenient as it's a 12 minute walk to the old town.

Lovely view from the balcony. Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Hosts were exceptional and easy to contact when needed. The steps back up to the apartment were many, but we managed fine every day.

Risto, the host, is the nicest person you can find!!! He helped with everything. The view takes your breath away…. You can see from the balcony the whole old city of Dubrovnik!! Going down to downtown is easy and it takes aprox 10 min…. Going up takes more effort, but we didn’t have any problem with that. The apartment has lots of natural light and is full of little details, it is decorated with love.The bed is very confortable. Parking could be a little tricky, specially if you have a big car… but Risto is ready to help when you arrive. I recomend it 100 %
