Very comfortable apartment with everything you need, cleanliness, towels changed every other day, very polite staff. On the territory there is billiards, a swimming pool, sun loungers and even a jacuzzi. I also liked the breakfast, a very sincere place, convenient location, I didn’t want to leave, thank you very much!!

Our stay was too short😞

The property is well set up and run by a lovely man and his son and has everything you need. Breakfast has lots of options including fresh fruit. The property has a pool, hydrotherapy spa and sun deck plus a lovely garden. Rooms are well appointed and quite soundproof. Wish we had more time. Access to Kamenjak (a stunning place) is walkable as well as the village which has restaurants and shops. The owner is very helpful with where to go and eat and other information.

the most disappointing thing was that the place attractions were so inviting that we had to delay our visit to the beaches for enjoying the swimming pool, jacuzzi and terrace at our arrival… and still we could not have enough since the stay was too short. we have to come back.

Relax from all points of view, from reservation, check in and check out experience to interaction with staff, confort of the apartment, enjoy ability of the swimming pool and terrace and privacy of the jacuzzi’s cuddles. the position is fantastic, at a walking distance from the most beautiful beaches of the area and very close to the village center. one can leave the car in the private car park and enjoy the place!

The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything in it that we needed. The breakfast was wonderful! Fresh fruit salad as a welcome on each table and then a beautiful and varied buffet. A 5 minute walk to the nature preserve and wonderful beaches. Thank you for hosting us. We'll be back!

Perfect location right on the edge of Kamenjak National Park. Kind staff. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. I loved ending the day at the pool or hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is at the entrance of Kemanjak park, near restaurants. The facility offers everything you could wish for in it's limited but cozy space like a sunroof, a jacuzzi, a bar and pool. Good breakfast and the people were very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was bigger than expected and even had a nice garden.

What could be improved: - Kitchenette tends to get very warm; a fan could be useful - Internet in the evening was not so great (but working well in the morning/early afternoon) - It would be nicer to have the possibility to add the drinks at the bar to our room bill and pay everything in one go at checkout (instead of currently paying in cash at the bar after each drink) - I would have personally welcomed a later check-out, until 11.00 (instead of currently 10.00); and breakfast until 10.30 (instead of currently 10.00). Not everybody is an early bird, especially on holiday ;-)

Overall we had a great stay at B&B Villa Adriana! We will surely come back and would recommend it to anyone (hoping it doesn’t become too popular and that it gets sold out too quickly) :) Highlights: - Friendly hosts - Great pool, jacuzzi and lounge area - Nice bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette - Fan and AC in bedroom - Good breakfast offer
