I had a really nice weekend here!. I arrived late night after 22 and Diana, the administrator, was waiting for me despite the time. She was very nice and helpful. Also when I checked out Diana was very nice and let me stay a bit longer as my flight was at night. My room had a nice view to the beach. Everything was clean and in perfect conditions. I will definitely recommend this place to any of my friends who are visiting split!

Poor wifi sometimes, but of course it depends on users connected to network. Some dust in wardrobe and kitchen cabinet. Some stains on sheets and towel. THE BELOW IS SUBJECTIVE but it might help someone make a choice: I was missing some small night lamp to read a book in the evening. There was only ceiling light. The mattress was too soft and you could feel individual springs on your body. It gave my boyfriend back pain.

The apartment looks new and fresh. Big sink if you want to hand wash some clothes. Everything is clean however my towel had some make up stains on it, sheets too. Very good AC. There is parking available. We did not use it but there are tables outside on terrace with kitchen sink, grill etc. Awesome location! Supermarket is downstairs, beach bar across the street (they have coffee too). Balcony with a view. Fridge and kettle, sets of kitchenware for 2 people. Big wardrobe with huge mirror. Clean bathroom.

There was no one at the reception(like never), you just got a phone number to call at anytime but they didn’t answer or didn’t help , and the parking is tagged as for guest but everyone coming for a day parked there and we almost never got free parking . wifi didn’t worked at all

This is only a personal opinion. The bed was too soft and the 2-person bed was made out by two one-person type, so there’s a hole between them.

The location is perfect, everything is close to the apartment: beach, bus station, shop, free parking. The staff was so kind and the room/apartman was really clear and modern. Thanks for the opportunity for staying here.

Missing a washing machine. However, this is not critical and could be solved by having a bucket in which you could do it by hand and a drying rack to hang the clothes on afterwards.

Clean, modern room with effective air conditional. Fresh building with dedicated no fee parking. Free wifi. In the building market with everyday products and ATM. Beach with bar 100meters from entrance. Taste food. Kind and helpful hosts.

There’s said that it has parking spots but local people park there and the host do nothing about it and when we were back we couldn’t park. It’s very loud in the morning because the local store is under the rooms. Internet was not accessible almost all the time we were there.

When you pay for a sea view, you want to get some relaxation. The sea view is the view of the parking lot. I wrote in advance a request for a high floor. The owner confirmed the accommodation. However, he offered to move to a high floor with an additional cleaning fee. The cars in the parking lot were in the way. The smell in the room was bad, it smelled like sewage. The hotel concept states that they are non-smoking throughout the hotel, however there was an ashtray on the balcony. We decided to leave the hotel for these reasons. It was impossible to sleep, the road was right under the windows, it was noisy even at night. The smell got in the way as well. Mosquitoes bit the whole body. The owner of the hotel refused to return the money at least one day in advance. We left for another hotel anyway. It was not a vacation. If the owner respected himself and the guests, he would not have allowed such a situation with a refund.
