The hotel restoration isnt quite complete .. dont be put off by the condition of the stairs. The room was excellent.

Shower didn't work. We did report it! I know what people say about it being foremost a restaurant. It is mainly a restaurant and a really busy one. No parking space. I get what people say. The staff are very busy/preoccupied with the restaurant. Did it bother us ...not much!

Lovely rooms. Excellent location. Really comfy beds. Very clean.However we really enjoyed. Fantastic location. 50m away from the beach. Take the left after coming out of the hotel and you will find loads of lovely restaurants. We swam to the old mansion! So lovely and pretty!

There is nothing about beautiful Dalmatia that I don't like, and the Dvori rooms are a credit to the Croatian tourism offer

It looked like the room was fresh from redecorations. Very modern and practical decor. Very clean bathroom Lovely balcony overlooking Sukosan harbour Staff were helpful, polite and friendly Nice buffet breakfast We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Great choice , local dishes and very well cooked and presented. Mainly serving local people which is a good sign to me Parking on site but not very big cat park so you may have to park on the street outside. Don't miss the opportunity to take a 10-15 minute walk into the old village centre and seafront at Sukosan. It is lovely and there are a couple of cafes and restaurants there too.

There might be a challenge of finding a parking spot in front of the property as it is a shared slot with the restaurant. Also - there was no lift or elevator so it might be difficult for people with mobility disadvantages to access the rooms.

Lovely newly furnished room - had all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the little balcony. The breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

There is super busy restaurant at ground floor. Very noisy and can’t easily find the place to park though they offer free parking

Stayed here 1 night travelling through. The pictures look more luxurious and comfortable than the accommodation was in reality. The room was quite small and had poor sound isolation, noise in the hallway kept us awake until 2am. The stairway was under construction when we were there. After we left, we realised the bed must have had bed bugs. All in all the accommodation was too expensive for what it is.

Breakfast was really good, staff very friendly and overall location was good for the town too, with several good restaurants in walking distance. Please note that the accommodation is not directly at the beach but that you have to cross a busy street first to get there.

No lift or help with luggage . Carpark full. No hot water in the evening . I was told this was a problem after the storms the week before .

Good meal on arrival , fab breakfast . Staff excellent.

The venue appears much more to be a restaurant, no apparent dedicated reception area, not apparently expecting us in late afternoon, very brusque greeting by staff who were dealing with a busy restaurant. Steep narrow staircase to rooms, no apparent lift. It was chosen for proximity to the airport, and we sought information on airport transfer but nothing specific was provided in advance, and we had to rely on restaurant staff in the morning again. The staff present when we checked out early morning did not know how much to charge us.

Reasonable breakfast included. Good English spoken. Pleasant little town, multiple restaurants.

At the main road to Zadar: traffic all day and bight long No privacy due to the restaurant Close beach not nice Rain shower does not work properly Wifi does not work You have to wait a lot as everyone most of the time busy with the restaurant
