Location was nice, but there were MANY steps between the house and the rest of Cavtat, and the pillows could have been better but it wasn't a problem. As we were staying there for a while a microwave or some form of kitchen would have been awesome but that's purely because of our budget and any revisit I wouldn't want one.

The views were stunning and it was a very nice location with lots of winding pathways, the AC in our room was amazing especially after a few weeks in hostels. The mini fridge was amazing for keeping our water and drinks cold.

As mentioned, there are a lot of stairs to get to the property so be aware of that if you have any mobility issues or a lot of luggage. The view is worth it though! Wifi worked on and off for me maybe because my room was on the top floor.

The room had an amazing view and the location is great. Very close to beaches and right in the center of the Old Town. Cavtat is incredible and I highly recommend anyone to visit. Bed was comfortable and the room had air conditioning. The owner/host was nice and even offered to help with my luggage

Villa Rozic is a little bit up the Cavtat centre and throught it you can have a stunning view con the little city and on the sea, the little terrace is really cozy and everything was perfect

Minor issue only - Getting to villa requires steep steps and I wasn’t totally sure how to get to house from drop off (car cannot go into pedestrian area). Luckily I was able to contact the owner who helped with my very heavy case up the stairs.

the location and host are wonderful! close to the beach with a beautiful sunset and a bit always from busy Dubrovnik but easy accessible with the local bus, Uber and taxis.

The view from the balcony of, in this case, room nr1 was perfect also the fact that the room had a mini fridge and was equipped with an airconditioning unit made it complete. If you don't mind walking the 80+ steps to and from the apartment the harbour, shops restaurant and supermarkets are nearby.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Villa Rozic. The view from the house is really stunning and well worth taking the many steps up to the accommodation. This property is less suitable however for people with mobility problems. It wasn't a problem to us though, and we liked the exercise. Besides, there is also a road going up to the villa. The owner has been very kind to us and really made us feel welcome. Recommended!

The steps up to the property are hard going if you have mobility issues and the shower was not wall mounted (hand held but it had good pressure and temperature).

There is a lovely bar/ cafe which has stunning views. We thought this could have been promoted in a more commercial way. Maybe lights, flowers at the front door. They must miss out on a lot of passing trade.

It’s an excellent location with stunning views. The proprietor is wonderful, friendly and full of useful local information. We couldn’t thank her enough.
