Description needs to be a little clearer about the address. No 26 is the ground floor apartment - the room we rented was upstairs, and had access on the side path. Lovely lady showed us in but we did give the people renting the ground floor rather a shock when we turned up!

Location was good - set back from the harbour up a series of steps.

Not for anyone with mobility challenges. Car park a few minutes away which means carrying luggage. Also a few steep stairs to navigate. Surprised that no hand soap was provided in bathroom.

Very clean and everything in good working order. Close to everything and very helpful hosts. Cute part of Cavtat. Awesome terrace with nice views. Close to amazing swimming spots

Property bill needs to be settled in cash or transfer but this was not communicated prior. Terrace is overlooked by the other apartment, so not overly private.

Well appointed apartment, excellent location in the old town close to the promenade but far enough away it's quiet. Clean and secure. Has a terrace, and a heatpump.

A mirror in the main room would be beneficial. Only mirror was in the bathroom above the sink.

Location wonderful, as long as you don't mind the 30 steps up from the harbour. It did not put us off coming again. We liked the good quality /cleanliness of the furniture. Was great having Netflix/Prime for later in the evenings. Wifi really good. We really loved the garden and the big parasol made such a difference, as we could sit in the shade and read/eat. It was too hot not to have shade. The aircon was really good. There were clean towels every 3 days and bed was changed after a week, which is brill for us. Owner was so helpful. Niko who met us at the airport and brought us (and our cases as hubby is 76 and would find it difficult) to the villa. Contact with Niko and owner was excellent.

Everything the Terrace was amazing!

This accommodation was a perfect location, to all amenities. The terrace apartment was clean well maintained. The view from the terrace was second to none. The owner Kate was lovely and very helpful. We are a retired couple and my husband's mobility is not great. We were not aware that there was 70 steps up from the front to the apartment. It was quite a struggle for him to get up and down. Good shower in apartment but the drainage was very poor.

Lovely apartment. Would have liked a toaster but otherwise well equipped. Near to beach and restaurants.

Lots of uphill steps in the neighborhood approaching the property that will be challenging for people with mobility issues or dragging lots of luggage.

Beautiful, private and comfortable apartment with lovely patio and excellent A/C during scorching august heat. Cavtat is wonderful. Apartment is quiet but close to everything.

Location but not different from most of the properties in cavtat Sound isolation not perfect. You can hear noises from other rooms.

There are a good few steps from the street to the property, so you need strength and mobility if you’ve got big suitcases. It’s worth it

We loved everything, visitors need to be aware of the spiral staircase. It was not a problem for us, perhaps something to consider if older.
