The cleanliness of the balcony (We moved the table & there was loads of mess underneath). The parasols on the beach we’re all torn.

Fabulous view from the balcony across to Korkula. Dinner was great value & delicious. Breakfast was enormous with plenty of fruit, cold meats, eggs, bread & yogurt. Swimming in the sea opposite the property was wonderful.

The bathroom & kitchen area is "tired" & could do with updating

Balcony overlooking the sea. Short walk to their own beach with sun loungers. Comfy bed. Absolutely fabulous breakfast! The selection was outstanding 👏

The bed was way too soft for us, as we are used to our hard bad here at home :)

The breakfast (as its in the name) was included in the price, and it was delecious and more than enough for 2 of us. The sea was close and clean. Everyone was friendly, and speaks english. We had a very good week there, thank you!

Triple was on the small side, so there no room for luggage.

Excellent location. Access to great restaurant served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Parking was easy and although triple room was a little tight, nice sized balcony.

The bed mattress was a bit hard.

Awesome breakfast, amazing staff, great view and private parking. The restaurant is open all day and we had great lunch there too. The area is quiet and sunny.

Bad smell from air conditionier in the room. One big plus when booking was the restoran, but upon checking it was said that it is working only.for breakfast. That was not what we could expect and know when booking and was a big disappointment.

Good breakfast, although the same routine becomes boring after several days. Good beach, right away. The host let to keep windsurfing equipment assembled on his premises - that is a big plus. Waitress was very professional.

Generally the staff were all polite but they didn’t go out of their way to help us when we asked for recommendations etc.

Good location just over the road from the beach and there is a private beach with sun loungers. The restaurant is pretty and seemed popular at nighttime. We had a good, copious breakfast with fruits, hams, cheese, yoghurts etc.

Apartament was poor equipped. Bad cleanlinnes, there was mold under the shower. Freezeer was completely iced, electic kettle had a lot of percipitated. Room wasn't acoustic, we had noising and disturbing neighbors. I also heard someones snoring at night. There are not enough parking place for all cars, if you wasn't quick you have to stay by the road.

I have really mixed feelings about this stay, because we spend there really nice holiday, but also accommodation wasn't as good as we expected. Breakfasts were really really good (but it was always the same things), also food in the restaurant. View from window was beautiful and also object location. The beaches in this area was nice.

Cleanness of the bathroom is horrible (good luck using toilet), kitchenette is not useable and door is missing in the fridge, bed not comfortable, no parking at the evening hours (after 7pm)

The pictures in booking. com show a jacuzzi. There is no jacuzzi to be found …. upon asking where it is, the woman at the reception told me that it is only available if you rent the house. The house is not offered on that link. I mentioned that the pictures are misleading, to which she said, I’m the only person who has ever said that. Later I read through the comments and saw that I am not the first person to have mentioned this. We stayed for 5 days, the towels were not changed although the website mentions that there is housekeeping every second day.

The property is straight across from the town of Korcula. The view is beautiful.

The staff and the restaurant is rude and unkind, breakfast was disappointing and the rooms are extremely old and outdated. Water was cold in the shower
