Location of the hotel was good , very close to Heroes’ Square ( just couple of blocks away). We found the location quiet and safe (as it’s near few embassies ) but central as well and commutable by bus or train . Staff were really good , accommodating and friendly. They are also very responsive to our questions and requests from the time we booked and while we were already in the property. Breakfast has good selection and many choices. Restaurant was good and offers good food ( we had dinner there on our first night)x

A guide in booklet form would be a good idea in the room outlining all the hotel facilities such as restaurant opening times, facilities available at sister hotels etc. A Map and guides to transport in Budapest would be very useful. There were small booklets in reception but no hotel details. The phone didn't work in our room but it was never a problem, but what about any emergencies? These are all things which we have found as standard in most European hotels. The room heating was impossible to control with the thermostat not working. Overall the Mamaison Adrassy was very good and we would definitely stay again.

Room was excellent, large, with small balcony and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and everything is available and staff very obliging. Hotel was in a relatively quiet area about a mile out from the city centre and only a few hundred metres from Heroes Square so we were well pleased and the nearest Metro/bus stop was about 200metres away.

This is a minor complaint, but for the price I think it's laughable that they gave a small supply of coffee for your first morning, but to get additional coffee pods/replacements you needed to pay extra.

This is a beautiful hotel with comfortable, well-equipped rooms, generous breakfast, and a good location - near both the Metro and bus stops.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a wonderful staff. He explained everything. The location of the hotel is excellent. Despite the fact that the hotel is located on the central street, it is quiet and peaceful. The restaurant in the hotel is cozy and quiet. The staff in the restaurant is friendly and polite. Breakfast buffet. Choice, taste, everything is just great. The room is clean, cozy, drinks to choose from in the fridge. Coffee, tea and coffee machine in the room. I recommend

Nothing, everything was excellent

We first stayed at Mamaison Andrassy in 2017 & loved it. We've been wanting to revisit Budapest ever since & when the opportunity/timing came up we didn't hesitate to book Mamaison again. We weren't disappointed. Nothing had changed - a friendly welcome, excellent room, lovely food. We'll be back again. Location is excellent, metres from a metro, 5 minutes to Heroes Square & the park beyond. A selection of shops/pharmacies just down the road if you need anything.

w towels in bathroom good be softer. Also had. to tell reception that a plate and tray had been left in corridor for two days. Not good at all.

This was such a beautiful place to stay. Fabulous location for the city park, heroes square, the thermal baths and much more…. The room was lovely, the staff go above and beyond and the food in the restaurant (and service) is excellent. Such a great find…, highly recommend!

Peaceful location , walking distance to the zoo and hero's square. Very well connected to the rest of the city as the metro station is just 2 minutes away. Private parking available behind the hotel ( 18 EUR per day) but it is not big so would be good to make a reservation .

Awesome experience. We were there for 3 nights and our experience was truly wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The room size was really big with nice amenities. Nice location, close to metro station and Hero square. The breakfast was very delicious at a very good price. Will definitely recommend the hotel.
